Just moved to the area & have not been to a Texas Roadhouse in a while & always had amazing service & good food in the past. But tonight was not the case. As soon as we sat down we had bread & within a minute, our waitress Samantha was on top of it & get our order & drinks. We knew what we wanted & was ready to eat. So definitely appreciate all that but thats where it went all down hill for me. As soon as our appetizer came & also my fiance side salad we did not have no napkins or utensils to eat with. Sat there for a good while trying to get help and after our waitress walked by multiple times & not glancing around at tables I finally got help from someone else. Cold appetizer now but here we are. Food took a normal amount of time to make as I got the Prime Rib 16oz. Once my food came my drink was empty & could not get no help from the waitress on this & had to ask a busback for that. And seen her walk by without checking too many times to count. Then as I'm waiting im eating my steak & started to see something was off with it. It was not like it is normally nor cooked right. When my drink came i asked what's wrong with my prime rib & was told it's cause it was marinated in auju sauce. This was the most disgusting & disappointing steak I've ever had. And could not eat it no more. Thinking to myself maybe this is my fault, let me look at the menu & see if I missed it, nope & nothing about that. At this point I'm done & gave my card to my fiance & went to the car. Did have a talk with the manger but I felt like I was talking to a robot that did not know how to deal with this situation. Got home & looked to see if thats a thing they do to prime rib but don't see nothing about it. So I was lied too & served some disgusting steak but even if they do. This is not a normal thing & should be told or at least had that info on the menu. Spent way too much money to get half butt service with a nasty steak. How hard is it to bring utensils with my food & keep my drink good. Is that asking too much. But at the same time she knew something was off & could have just been real & said my bad let me do better. We are all human but I didn't ask u to come to work, you did. So can we at least do the basics? Is that asking too much. Maybe I'm just out of my time cause service & food ain't what it used to be most of the time. Better to just cook my own food at home.

Quickly seated, attentive service, food came out timely and cooked as requested. Went for my son's birthday. Yes, he rode the saddle.

I used a $50 gift card and was charged a 26% tip. I didn’t realize it was on there so gave the waitress $15 cash tip. I went back to the location the next day and the manager gave me back the $15. This should not happen and 26%? The waitress took my cash, not admitting I had already been charged. She handled the whole ziosk transaction so I didn’t notice until I read my e-mail receipt. Be aware.

Pretty good experience overall. However, my mother in law found a hair under her steak, the alcoholic beverages left much to be desired strength-wise and my husband's steak was overcooked.
I got the herb-crusted chicken and it was incredible, the caramelized lemon really added the oomph!
Our server, Peter(?) was super friendly and the hostesses were nice! We were impressed by how efficient the restaurant was.

Overpriced and underwhelming....
First food:
I ordered a simple drink, an extra dirty martini-Result: the first one tasted like they had been topped off with tap water, had no olives in it and you couldn't even tell that the vodka was present. We sent it back, the second one had olives but still tasted like it was watered down. I had it remade a third time by the bar manager. I wouldn't say it was perfect, but at least it tasted like the recipe was correct. Next, we get seated, we were a large party and they split our table in two tables with two different servers without letting us know that's what they were doing. We were there for a birthday and didn't even get to enjoy being with the special guest. Next, I order my food, I decided that I wantrd the salmon because I'm a pescatarian so eating at a steakhouse is not something I do normally, but of course, I was there for a birthday so I was going to be a good sport. I asked specifically for my salmon to be cooked medium rare to medium because I get terrible heartburn when salmon is cooked through. First time it came out, it was like a hockey puck, dry to the bone and chalky. By the time everybody else had gotten their food and eaten, my second piece came out and while it was still cooked through, the edges were edible. The second I got into the middle it was chalk again. As a restaurant owner myself, I feel it is imperitive that if you're going to have fish on your menu your staff trained to cook it properly.

Service: It was fine and the server was sweet.

Atmosphere: The entire place was a sensory-nightmare. Flashing lights, loud noses, if you are neurodiverse in any way, it's definitely too overstimulating. I was struggling the whole time.

Overall....nothing to write home about.

had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive—our server made sure our drinks were always full and checked in without being overbearing.

The food was absolutely delicious. The fresh, hot rolls with cinnamon butter are always a treat, and the steaks were cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the seasoned green beans and loaded baked potato. Portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade.

What really stood out was the upbeat energy in the restaurant. The line dancing by the staff added a fun touch, and the country-themed decor made the place feel cozy and inviting.

Whether you're looking for a family dinner, date night, or just a good steak, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. Highly recommend!
