It was Valentine's Day. They had guys directing traffic. Very friendly, by the way. They had a tent with a girl taking down the names of the diners so they could text them later. They handed out appetizers while we waited, sitting on the benches outside the restaurant. It was very crowded. Only maybe is normal, but I think the only thing is that, even though they told us to take our time, I felt a certain pressure to get up from the table quickly because of the number of people waiting and how fast the staff was moving around the restaurant. I couldn't say if that's just because it's a special day, Valentine's Day.

Service and atmosphere were fine as usually they are with big chain restaurants. What you don't usually find is management that just doesn't care. Ordered a medium rare ribeye, not the most complicated order. 1st time, I got rare, still purple inside, no sear marks to be honest looked like it was thrown on the grill last minute before our table was served. Sent it back, manager brings it back now its well done. Told the manager not to worry about it because now the other 3 people at my table were 1/2 way done eating. He walks away comes back 5 minutes with another steak that is also purple and said just take this one. Thank you but still not medium rare. Spent 156 plus tip to still not be able to eat dinner. This was my 1st and last experience with this restaurant, my family always eats at the one in Athens and that's where we will go back to. You have to do better, people don't have that kind of money to drop on a meal they won't eat, at least my family doesn't.

The worst Texas margarita I’ve ever had. No top shelf margaritas. Only premade. I’ll never stop by there for that again.

Just moved to the area & have not been to a Texas Roadhouse in a while & always had amazing service & good food in the past. But tonight was not the case. As soon as we sat down we had bread & within a minute, our waitress Samantha was on top of it & get our order & drinks. We knew what we wanted & was ready to eat. So definitely appreciate all that but thats where it went all down hill for me. As soon as our appetizer came & also my fiance side salad we did not have no napkins or utensils to eat with. Sat there for a good while trying to get help and after our waitress walked by multiple times & not glancing around at tables I finally got help from someone else. Cold appetizer now but here we are. Food took a normal amount of time to make as I got the Prime Rib 16oz. Once my food came my drink was empty & could not get no help from the waitress on this & had to ask a busback for that. And seen her walk by without checking too many times to count. Then as I'm waiting im eating my steak & started to see something was off with it. It was not like it is normally nor cooked right. When my drink came i asked what's wrong with my prime rib & was told it's cause it was marinated in auju sauce. This was the most disgusting & disappointing steak I've ever had. And could not eat it no more. Thinking to myself maybe this is my fault, let me look at the menu & see if I missed it, nope & nothing about that. At this point I'm done & gave my card to my fiance & went to the car. Did have a talk with the manger but I felt like I was talking to a robot that did not know how to deal with this situation. Got home & looked to see if thats a thing they do to prime rib but don't see nothing about it. So I was lied too & served some disgusting steak but even if they do. This is not a normal thing & should be told or at least had that info on the menu. Spent way too much money to get half butt service with a nasty steak. How hard is it to bring utensils with my food & keep my drink good. Is that asking too much. But at the same time she knew something was off & could have just been real & said my bad let me do better. We are all human but I didn't ask u to come to work, you did. So can we at least do the basics? Is that asking too much. Maybe I'm just out of my time cause service & food ain't what it used to be most of the time. Better to just cook my own food at home.
