The customer service is phenomenal but the food was horrible. My husband is not a complainer and he said his chicken and ribs were dry. My steak was not cooked properly and there were blood and I tried to eat around it but every cut was blood. They recooked it or grilled it again and it came out BURNT! I tried to eat it and it was bitter. I tried to marinate it with some Tabasco sauce and it did not work! I gave up. The manager came over to offer something else and the waitress was such a pleasant lady but that was it for me. The rolls are ALWAYS on point.

I’m not really a fan of steak… so I decided to try to go safe with the chicken fingers, Mac and cheese, and steak fries… the fingers were greasy and had lots of fat. The Mac and cheese was a dry cup of Easy Mac. I literally ate fries and bread. The server was great!

I’ve been coming to Texas Roadhouse for a while now and recently I just noticed that the restaurant has gone down not one but two times I found hair in the food and once we’ve told our server she said I know like it’s happened before and to make it even worse they had another plate go back from another table to the kitchen apparently they’ve also found something in their food too bad this place used to be amazing and the service and the food was outstanding now every time we go there is something disgusting in your meal definitely will not be going anymore
Food was good. Online it said there was no wait time but when i got there the wait time was 30 minutes. They said they will text but never received the text and went inside and they apparently didn’t put me in the system. When I got to my table it was a mess underneath. Service and food was good.

I had been craving Texas Roadhouse after days of back and forth with the dealership across the street and when I was finally able to get in, the wait was long, the food was cold, and the experience was sub-par. I had to send my ribs, chicken, steak, shrimp, and sides back twice. Everything was cold, but the hot rolls and the fries. Nothing was discounted or comped. 2 out of 10. Do not recommend...

The food was horrible, I ordered a medium rare stake and they handed me a fully cooked piece of cardboard. Then they brought me another stake and it had absolutely no flavor. Don’t bother going here if you want stake. Spend the money and go to a nice steak house that isn’t a franchise. This place is a joke!!!
