Normally my hidband and I love going to Texas Roadhouse, however this time I was totally disappointed. We both wanted ribs, so we went to our "go to" place Texas Roadhouse. My husband had a birthday reward so he got the onion blossom and we both had the ribs. We got the onion blossom when we were about halfway through our salads. The ribs were so dry even the extra bbq sauce I got didn't help. I told the waitress who acted like she could have cared less. Never saw a manager. Sooooo disappointed

I love Texas Roadhouse I always get the country fried steak because they hand make it. The one in Gainesville does a great job. My only complaint is the one in Buford doesn't hammer out the country fried steaks enough so it's thick and tough but too much breading. Other than that I give 10 out of 10. I've always loved Texas Roadhouse.

The service and staff are beyond excellent; very friendly and attentive...the food, ehh not so much...the food is your average chain restaurant blah. There's a lot to chose from and the prices are fair but I found everything about the taste and appearance bland, boring and totally unremarkable. Oh, and the place is loud, very loud and crowded, so if you have sensory issues this may not be the place for you. Think: "eating in the middle of the mall food court on a saturday afternoon in December" kind of sensory overload.Overall, if you just don't feel like cooking and you want to go somewhere that the kids can be kids this is an ok choice. On the other hand, if you looking for a quite relaxing meal with tasty food to savor keep driving.Parking: Plenty parking unless you are looking for handicapped parking; very few spaces.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menú and no one will probably even notice if your little ones get loud or rowdy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible if you are able to find parking.
This is a great place for a steak dinner. I ordered the sirloin steak and shrimp dinner with a raspberry lemonade. The food was well-prepared and very tasty. Of course, I will be back.

Finally had a chance to redeem my veterans voucher and my server Abby did not disappoint. Always checking on me to see if anything was needed and topped up my drink whenever it was low. I arrived just before the dinner rush so it was not too busy. Great food as always.
When we arrived the team was doing a line dance around the bar. Great energy from the team. We were seated with very little wait. Our server Lisa was fantastic. She was prompt, friendly and professional. The manager ran our appetizer. Lisa I think. The twisted mozzarella was delicious. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Love the team work I saw from the other servers and host staff. It's a joy to see a well run restaurant and team. Kudos!!

All 4 of our steaks were over cooked. They had to recook our granddaughters steak and it took over 20 minutes.
