The Baking Grounds Bakery Cafe

I ordered steak and eggs. The 6oz steak was as thin as card board and absolutely ZERO flavor., The very dry shredded potatoes seemed to be cooked in charred grease. They could not figure out after 2 attempts fry the eggs soft, break open yolks and cook them soft. Totally dissatisfied. I will stop there for cakes (maybe), but i will never get breakfast there ever again!! My suggestion....get real ribeye steak, learn how to cook, and more personality. The place has a nice charming, look.

Baking Grounds has a family friendly atmosphere with some really good food. What always impresses me is how despite being busy, the vibe is still very friendly and warm. The prices are fair as well. The coffee tastes strong in a good way. Overall, I’d recommend The Baking Grounds to friends and family.

Our cake was delicious and absolutely stunning!! I’m not into the idea of freezing a cake and eating it a year later, but we absolutely plan to order another one for our anniversary so we can have a round two of that delicious cake!

I have personally never ate in the store but when I go in to pick up or place an order the atmosphere is inviting and service is top notch. We have had our baby shower cakes from here wedding and so many other events they are my go to place for high quality bakery goods. But don’t let that fool you they have some amazing breakfast foods especially the corn beef hash. Which is to die for. Please don’t hesitate to give this local bakery a go!

Good Southern Breakfast. Be careful of the huge blueberry pancakes. They are delicious!
