I have no complaints with anything but the fact that it was expensive. It was such great food but $11 for a piece of the best cheesecake in the universe...was a tad out of my normal price range...food was awesome.

Had a wonderful time here! I'm from out of town and was celebrating my partners graduation! ??We were taken care of by Landis!! She had such wonderful energy and made us both feel taken care of. She was very attentive to us and went above and beyond to make sure my girl and I were having a good time. We appreciate you so much Landis and would've left a bigger tip if we could've❤️ps. I was at the mall of Georgia and it was my friend’s birthday. When she mentioned that she would like to go to cheesecake factory. I called immediately and made our reservations. The service and the food were excellent.

Why the 4 stars?The menu is absolutely absurdly big, there are way to many items on there. That makes, making a choice extremely difficult. And expect to wait atleast 20 min plus to get your food. In their defense, it's made to order. But definitely keep that in mind.Also, it made me question the quality of the food. I rather see, a smaller menu where everything is just excellent in quality. Than 100 dishes (just about I bet) on the menu and they are all "so so "However our order consisted of Mac and cheese balls. My god , people you need to try these ! Absolutely delicious. The sauce , the crispy outside and that incredibly creamy cheese with the Mac.Amazing, me and my wife were absolutely hopeful after that one came to our table. We both had a burger, my wife ordered old fashion and I had the bistro burger.Both got served in amazing fashion, the burger is asked for was.medium and sure enough. It was perfectly pink medium! Kudos! Some steakhouses even mess that up.My wife had a medium well , and again perfectly cooked. It was flavourful, enjoyable. And wow, never knew cheesecake factory had some really good burgers. Definitely worth a try , the bistro burger I had was just amazing.I don't care much for their tiramisu, my wife had their dream cheesecake and she loved it. But I am sure , next time I'll find something that will fit my taste buds better.After all, it's the cheesecake factory., also beautiful restaurant to be in.We definitely will be back !

If I could give a ten star review for service I would. With our waiter Terrell I felt like my daughter and I were at a top five restaurant. He was amazing. I can’t wait to come back to see him. Thanks for the wonderful food and amazing service.

I drove 1.5 hours to be disappointed. The price went us and the slice went down. The quality went down drastically. I bought key lime and red velvet. Both went to the trash. The flavor wasn't there at all. I've always gotten red velvet. Very disappointed. No flavor. Key lime was bitter. First time trying it. I love key lime pie. But not that. Both pies were nasty.Lesson learned. Money blown. Time waisted.I would have given 0 stars had it been passable.Cheese cake factory mall of Georgia, do better.
