Over price food my first time order over phone in menu it’s said chicken wings platter, but it comes with only four tiny piece of chicken and a lot of lettuce and onion and the yellow rice, which was very dry and the food was tasteless. We are not coming back ever. If it’s said chicken platter in menu it has to be only chicken very disappointed after spending $50 .

I started going here when they first opened. After a short time, they started cutting corners and now only have dark meat chicken. When I first mentioned it to them, they acted like they didn't know what kind of chicken it was. When I go, I just get the beef now.

I was hoping to like Halal Guys because I like gyros and I haven't been able to get a good one nearby. But I was very disappointed. The beef gyro I had was flavorless. The bread was dry. And I was surprised that so many of the vegetable toppings carried a surcharge. I could have made a better gyro at home. The staff should be a little friendlier too. The guy that waited on me was not rude. But he was not very friendly or welcoming. I can't recommend this restaurant.

I was not happy with my first experience at this place. The gyro meat was precut, cold, and dry. The chicken was salty!! The sauce was too thick and had a greasy feel to it; almost like ranch mixed with a little bit of mayonnaise. I couldn't eat it. I wasted my $14.83 and that was expensive. The guy preparing the food seemed to be in a rush and I was the only customer in the store. My entire experience was awful. This was not what I expected. 😒

Excellent food I love it. I’m gonna come back here again and The service was really good. Special the manager also very nice.
Come here on a weekly basis since the opening. Today I stopped to get a pick up order. When I get home I reach into the bag to grab my platter, the top pops off as I’m getting it out the bag and the platter spills all over . When I called the store the manager said he would make me another platter if I came back. When I got to the store the POS manager said he watched the video and didn’t believe his worker did anything wrong… really dude?? I then show him the picture of the food spilled all on my lap and he laughs. The guy is lucky I didn’t slap his teeth out after that. In the end I’ll never come back to this place and have no issue with it

I will try this place again. The server threw the runny hummus over the top of my food. Everything tasted like hummus. I got up as much as I could with the three flat bread pieces, but it should have been put to the side. Besides that. The food had flavor, meat was tender, rice was very good and the salad was fresh. Next time will ask for hummus separate or not at all.
