I started going here when they first opened. After a short time, they started cutting corners and now only have dark meat chicken. When I first mentioned it to them, they acted like they didn't know what kind of chicken it was. When I go, I just get the beef now.

I was hoping to like Halal Guys because I like gyros and I haven't been able to get a good one nearby. But I was very disappointed. The beef gyro I had was flavorless. The bread was dry. And I was surprised that so many of the vegetable toppings carried a surcharge. I could have made a better gyro at home. The staff should be a little friendlier too. The guy that waited on me was not rude. But he was not very friendly or welcoming. I can't recommend this restaurant.

I love that you are part of the Exchange. The food is delicious especially the wings. Besides the food and great, clean atmosphere, you're customer service is next level, especially the young lady named Kaia. She's so polite and courteous.
