Came here to eat, food was good. However I came here with my wife, myself and my 2 children. One is 1, and other is 2. Service was slow and it wasn’t that busy, took 15 mins to take our order. Here lies the problem and I found out why service was slow. Any table 4 and over has an automatic 18% added to the check, I’ve dined here maybe once every 2 months and this has never happened. So pardon my thoughts when I say that you’ll have slow service when a check will automatically have 18% added to it. I dine out often and I never have had an establishment auto charge a tip for literal
Toddlers being at the table. They didn’t even order a meal. They ate off our plate. So long story short. I won’t be back. I’ll take my money elsewhere. For reference I always tip 15-20% but not having the option to tip lower due to poor service which I had shouldn’t be negotiable.

I really enjoyed the flavor of the seafood boil.

🦀The ambiance felt straight out of the ocean, which made the experience even better.

🤩We also had an excellent waitress who was originally from Chicago, so that was a fun connection and great service overall.

🦐My only downside was the portion size: my boil bag was pretty small and only came with one potato and one piece of corn.

😎Still, everything came together nicely and we had a great time.

The good was amazing we had several crab legs and fried catfish, small but full of meat. The place had a good atmosphere but the service was slow and they even forgot a couple drinks and one or 2 dishes. They did clean up right after we were done with a plate, the restrooms were clean but they just have that dirty look to them. The one in Cumming is better

Bare bones cafeteria serving frozen seafood massed shipped from China. Equivalent to hospital cafeteria asian day quality. You won't starve here, but will want to eat something afterwards.

The king crabs were AMAZING! Worth every penny. The green beans and okra were cooked perfectly. Our server was pretty attentive. Heard me say it was my birthday and brought out a cheesecake for desert.

I have visited this location many times and have never been disappointed. My visits have typically been on weekends, and I have never experienced a wait for a table. They also consistently offer complimentary balloon figures, which is a thoughtful touch.

The food is exceptional, and the drinks are equally impressive. Juicy Crab continues to exceed my expectations, and I always enjoy dining here.

Absolutely terrible service and lack of professionalism!! Called back to back for an hour and got no answer. The restaurant was supposed to close at 10, but when I arrived at 9:20 to place a to-go order I was notified they're closing early. The young lady who opened the door was very rude stating there's a sign right there saying we close at 9:30 today!! Which makes no sense, because how can I see that from my house!! If they had just answered the phone and told me they were closing or even taken my order an hour ago when I started calling... I could've saved my time and money!! It didn't help to be cursed at by staff member either!! This place is terrible!!

Our waiter was so sweet !!! The sang happy birthday to my husband. It was cute. I would suggest, if your gonna sing happy birthday atleast smile 😒 and to the young lady who walked us to the table, I think you should look for a new job. Very cold attitude. Thank GOD our waiter was a sweetheart. We can on a Saturday evening. Wasn't packed. Place was clean.

Dont take the lower service and atmosphere scores to be that we didn't enjoy ourselves, we went during lunch when seafood is a dinner meal so it was awfully slow and quiet. But the food was still excellent!
