A little loud, but good low country boil style meals as well as fried fish and poboys. Flavor is very good!

BEWARE: Now there is a 18% gratuity charge for 4 or more. All prices have increased a lot.
I find when automatic gratuities are included the bad servers get compensated for bad service.
Just like during our meal we had to ask for refills, appetizers came out just before meal and we had to correct server on order, server stated 18% has been there for awhile which was not true we come weekly (Mgr stated it just started that Monday by the GM.
AND WE WERE STILL CHARGED 18%. Yes, we did speak to a Mgr.

I witnessed one of the most disgusting things while dining at this location. The mall of Georgia location. Today 03/07/2025 while dining at the bar between the hours of 6:30p - 8:30pm I noticed one of the employees (Linda/Lindy I believe her name was) behind the bar opening a bottle of Hennessy with her teeth. Not only once but twice. I mean the entire top of the bottle was in her mouth. Who knows what disease this woman may have in the age of Covid and other respiratory and contagious illnesses out there. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty at the time (Kerry) and she did nothing. My server (Lyric) was witness to this as well as 3 other female employees. If this is the common practice at this establishment then they need to be shut down. Before this incident with the teeth bottle opening, I sent the king crabs back because it tasted, smelt and felt old and slimy. I also left the crawfish because the meat texture was very mushy and funny tasting. If this was my experience for the 2 hours or so that I was there, who knows what the common practices are there at this establishment. Review the cameras for this date, time and location and see it all unfold. DISGUSTING 🤮 🤢

I wanted to like this place. Food is good but I hated the signs about alcohol posted all over restaurant.
Was not happy too was added to my final bill for family of 4. I almost tipped more. No reason to add that.
Other things made me feel like this restaurant is all about money and not accommodating.
Fish and chips should have vinegar but they do hit carry this. Was disappointed but did was descent.

Why is it that service has gone to xxxx? I mean it was alot better than last time, which was over a year ago. Went with some co-workers, because we LOVE seafood boil! Especially, they had a special going on. 1/2lb of shrimp with certain combos. The food was great! But the service was lack. It was food vs service, and like now a days, places are lucky food wins. Lol and also, the Cajun fries aren’t great. Sorry.

Food was delicious! Our server was Danika and she was great! Very personable and accommodating. Only gave 4 stars because the bathroom was not the cleanest. Maybe that's to be expected for food that makes your hand ridiculously messy if you don't use gloves. 🤔
Parking: It is in a shopping mall so parking is shared amongst many restaurants and shops.

The seafood boil lacked flavor & seasoning. It also didn't have any juice in the bag. 😒 my crab was not juicy at all. It was so plain and disappointing.
Calamari was good and fresh.
Did not come at a busy time. Was with a party of 13. We waited 40 mins for someone to bring the bill (all on one check by the way). And then we had to hunt down multiple waitresses just to pay. That took an additional 35 mins. We tried to pay in the front after waiting the first 25 mins but was told we had to pay through our waitress. Our waitress never came to take payment. Another kind waitress came to collect the debit card.
This was my 2nd time going to Juicy Crab. My first time, was as a party of 2 and the food wasn't that flavorful then either. The chili oil they use to make it spicy causes a sore throat every time. I never get a sore throat eating spicy food.

Dom was our server Friday, October 25th and she was absolutely the best!! It’s been hard to find GOOD service at restaurants lately and she was super social and smiley and all around a great waitress. As a server myself I appreciate great service in return
Its a w concept. Yes crab is a w concept. We put these together from clandestine so people can have proper liberty and releif in bukarest concept, known as life outside profession.
