Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We’ve been a regular at this Tropical Smoothie for years, but never had the chance to write a review. Yesterday, we popped in, and wow, the store was spotless! The manager and her team were working hard and seemed genuinely happy with their place. Even though it was after Gen Z rush hour, I was so impressed with the store, staff, and overall vibe that I just had to share my thoughts.

I couldn’t leave without mentioning the real star of the show—our smoothies! They were made to order and came out perfectly.

Maybe I didn’t mention it before because people tend to focus on the negatives these days, but I wanted to say a big thank you to the ladies. Keep up the fantastic work at your store!

I always come to this location after work ever evening and order the same thing.One peanut paradise with extra bananas and extra peanut butter.At first I would only prefer the young lady with the curly bun to complete this order , But I quickly realized no matter the staff member I receive the same quality and care with each experience.keep up the good work

Came in at 8pm and stood there for about 10 mins and no one came out, they looked at me and kept doing dishes so I left.

I had to wait 30+ minutes for just 1 smoothie when there was 3 staffs working. They were all just super slow working with no sense of urgency! Very bad customer service!

I love this place, everytime I come here it never disappoints. I love the sweet girl that makes my smoothie (1/24/25 @ 10am) it’s perfect everytime! All the staff is great as well.

I order breakfast each time I decide to visit this location. Not many options for breakfast at 7am. But every single time these past few months I've placed a online order, it's almost never correct or it's over cooked and they give an attitude when you go back in to have them correct it. The all American wrap is either falling apart or they don't put cheese inside or they decide to put whatever meat selection inside. The smoothie as well didn't have any flavor. So overall just disappointed in this location. If y'all don't want people to order online at 7am, then please disable the app orders until y'all can figure a better time frame to accept online orders in the morning. I've held out long enough on not posting but I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this issues.

It took them 34 MINUTES to give us our order of TWO SMOOTHIES. They weren’t even sorry for the wait. This place is the WORST location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Not sure who’s running this place now but wow, my new favorite place. Cleanliness friendly staff and food is amazing. Love love the Caribbean wraps and the island green smoothies yumm!!

I came 20 minutes before clothes and they didn’t wanna serve me food because the kitchen is closed. This is ridiculous then why you’re open? If I can give the little one Star I would give.

Service was bad, but it was only one customer service person and the manager was very rude. She told me the owner’s name is Madeline Vargas with Madeline. You need to get better help because tamara was not nice as a manager. There was debris in my cup and I said it could’ve killed the kid or someone could’ve choked on it. I was never offered anything so I’m calling Corporate today to complain formally.

smoothie was rushed i can hardly drink it i also waited over 20 mins when other people behind me in line got their food and smoothies before me. The little short girl talk to customers instead of doing peoples orders who have been waiting disappointed because they’re usually pretty good not today though.

I got the wrong smoothie . I was told to come back and they would write the name down . Never wrote my name down. Horrible management.
