I did not like my meal there was a hair in it and it was not the cook he didn’t even have hair. The waiters should be more careful delivering the food. They should also have thier plates well washed, I got mine dirty.

Waffle House is my jam!... At least once per month, my usual location was packed and this location did NOT disappoint. The food was well prepared and the server was helpful.

Just sat waiting 45 minutes for a table while two tables were sitting dirty for 30 minutes. I asked the old lady to clean it so we can eat and she walks away. 4 cooks? No communication. Us and others walked out . Go to the one on Buford drive by Burger King instead.

Came to do a pick up order. I literally stood at the register for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The phone was stationed in front of me, and when it rang they'd pick it up and walk off. Never looking in my direction, not even an 'I'll be with you in a moment', just straight ignored.

Not good! Food was undercooked, the cook cleaned the grill then touched bread bare handed without washing them. It took a total of 10 mins to get everything meaning for 2 meals, plates all came out piece by piece it didnt come out together.

Service was poor. Waited 15 minutes for drinks. On top of our poor service, an overweight gentleman came in and sat at the bar. He was basically ignored for the 10 minutes he sat there. Ultimately he ended up leaving because no one served him. After he left, jenni, one of the servers made a comment for the entire restaurant to hear to the other staff that he shouldn’t be mad at them bc he can’t fit in a chair. The man left bc he was ignored and not served!! We are all totally shocked at the unprofessionalism of the staff belittling a patron!

This Waffle House has an excellent 3rd shift cook, with a friendly personality. He listens to the customer's requests and the food is cooked the way it is requested (within reason). This is a great change from the usual boring and asleep 3rd shift

It wasn't the nicest restaurant but it's a wafflehouse. What do you expect? The food was good, the place was fairly clean, and the staff was nice.
