Mrs. Bobbie and her teammate truly delivered an exceptional experience. With only the two of them managing a dining area of approximately 20–30 guests while also handling takeout orders at 4:00 a.m., they remained composed, attentive, and highly professional. Every customer was acknowledged and cared for with clear communication and outstanding service. This level of dedication and teamwork deserves recognition. An amazing staff and an impressive display of customer service.

Came late night Christmas Day, and every single person is busting their tails with a smile on their face and doing a fantastic job handling the volume of business. Super friendly hard working people and the food was perfect, thank you!

Amazing service!!!
They where so busy, food came out quick, but some how my eggs took a little too long for me to get with the time I had so I had to cancel them, the waitress was super apologetic and even cut me a little discount, then the cashier accidently charged me for the eggs, the manager immediately took care of me and again apologized, I wasn't worried about it at all, the staff was full of life and cheer it didnt even matter!! Even on small mistakes this place still goes above and beyond with their customer service!!

Everything was great are server was in training Jasmine She was great she made sure are bacon was crispy. She was helpful and her trainer was awesome too.
Always enjoy coming here and rarely have any issues if so they gladly chevy it with a smile.

Pretty bad experience. Have been going to this location for a few years now. Usually see the same faces. Came in and sat at the high top by the register with my daughter and wife. Sat for 20Minutes Made eye contact with several employees. Made eye contact with alicia while she was on her phone in front of us. Nobody has yet to help us. Asked 1 other employee if we could please be helped. She said heather would make her way to us soon. After another 5Minutes of waiting for heather nobody ever came back to try to help. Alicia was clearly watching us waiting to be helped. She even commented that my daughter looked sunburnt. never Offered to help serve us. We weren’t even welcomed when we walked though the door. We sat at the high top in front of every employee like ghost. Sad Because we are Good tippers as we worked as servers as teens/young adults. Even though we have been here coming for years and live 5 minutes up the road. we will never be coming here again. God bless the employees who selfishly chose not to be kind to us today.

When my order was first presented it was with a sausage patty. I ordered bacon, nothing went well at this location that day.

Pretty bad experience. Took 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. Everyone was rude even to a point where they argued with another family when the family called them out for being rude. This is saying something seeing how customer service at waffle house isn't an expectation 😂

Very bad service in the early morning, super racist and a lot of discrimination
Maybe have the employees worry about their paying customers as much as the employees kids that came to work. We have a very simple order. Had 1 hashbrown with onions one with cheese. When the order came out took a bite of my hashbrowns got a mouth full of onions. When I politely asked if they could be fixed I was met with a "what you want them both remade" as if we're the inconvenience for their mistakes. Then when it was brought to the table they were basically warmed up, super slimey and greasy. Asked for them to just take it off, was met with a "it's cheaper this way than pricing individually" couldn't even remove the charge for onions and cheese which would have been the logical thing to do. Sarcasm for correcting a mistake they made was completely uncalled for. That would have easily made my child and myself sick if we had eaten them. Just thankful we were passing through. Got the vibe we weren't wanted there from the moment we walked in and didn't fit in with the crowd that was there.
