Pretty bad experience. Took 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. Everyone was rude even to a point where they argued with another family when the family called them out for being rude. This is saying something seeing how customer service at waffle house isn't an expectation 😂

Maybe have the employees worry about their paying customers as much as the employees kids that came to work. We have a very simple order. Had 1 hashbrown with onions one with cheese. When the order came out took a bite of my hashbrowns got a mouth full of onions. When I politely asked if they could be fixed I was met with a "what you want them both remade" as if we're the inconvenience for their mistakes. Then when it was brought to the table they were basically warmed up, super slimey and greasy. Asked for them to just take it off, was met with a "it's cheaper this way than pricing individually" couldn't even remove the charge for onions and cheese which would have been the logical thing to do. Sarcasm for correcting a mistake they made was completely uncalled for. That would have easily made my child and myself sick if we had eaten them. Just thankful we were passing through. Got the vibe we weren't wanted there from the moment we walked in and didn't fit in with the crowd that was there.

If I can leave a zero star I would we walked in at 9 o’clock on Wednesday night. The girl server was on her way out. She took our order barely got our drinks and walked out, so our order did not get called to the cook he just looked at the paper Missed half our order, the other table didn’t even get one of their food orders no coffee. They asked three times for it, the table behind us Lots of things missing. I guess the covering manager walked in to a mess was aware of all situations and didn’t get the guy any food that was missing. took forever to get our pork chops. Waited 20 minutes for my waffle and they gave it to somebody that walked in for her to go order so we just walked out This is the worst waffle house I’ve ever seen!! Just a bunch of bodies walking around not knowing what to do!! do not go here it sucks.

service was HORRIBLE waited nearly 30 minutes for my order,Just for it to be completely wrong which made sense after the fact due to the guy/girl not caring as he was taking my order,Will not be going back there don’t waste your money here!!
Just sat at the bar seats for 30 minutes just waiting for my order to be taken, meanwhile the waitress took orders from two different small groups and was frantically running around double checking everything she wrote down. To the point of asking customers what they ordered when ringing them up. Just gave up and left, no point in waiting 30 minutes for wafflehouse

Coffee was cold .then got food to go get up to the counter to pay .the lady says sorry we don't have any silverware to go .I asked if I could buy a spoon she said yes for 5$ .I said forget it
