Really sucks because this one is closer to home. Have had several experiences here that were sub par. This morning set down 2-22-24 @7am. The guy server said be with you in a little bit, set our napkins and fork down and that was it. Watched him wipe dishes, talk, serve 2 others, and the rest of employees talking with the "regulars". We got up and walked out and not 1 of the employees including manager talking as well even so much as even tried to apologize or stop us. Went to 124 and old Peachtree location and recieved stellar service. So good as gave a 10 to server as well as cook for just being better and caring.

This is my favorite Waffle House location.They are always friendly and the food is delicious.But the experience I had last Friday was special.I was visiting with my son and eating a meal around 3pm. I was in a very depressed mood because I had an upsetting incident with someone else earlier in the day. Suddenly the person who was making the food in the kitchen left a plate of food on my table in a to-go box. I looked at him and said, "This is not ours." He said with a very kind smile, "This is on the house." My son whispered to me. "Mom, he saw you crying." I was very moved. Even if it was just a plate of food, it was worth more than that to me.It made me think that this is a world where a wound caused by a person I used to know can be healed by a complete stranger. To the person who was making the food on January 26, around 3 to 3:30 p.m., I don't know your name, but I want to say thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Disappointed to have been served my to-go food by Caleb whom after eating his food, wiped his mouth and did not wash his hands (Yes, I witnessed this) He proceeded to handle my food without wearing gloves either! It’s unsanitary and honestly makes me not want to eat my dinner.Also, the mobile order option now is a joke.

First time ever visiting a Waffle House for breakfast. The food was phenomenal and exceptional. I got the All Star breakfast. The eggs were delicious and were well seasoned. The waffle, hands down one of the best and the bacon and sausage were tasty and divine. But what made the experience 5+ stars was my waitress Taylor. Absolute sweetheart and professional. She took really good care of us and hands down the rest of the staff were pretty stellar given how busy it was this Saturday morning. I’ve been to IHOP, Flying Biscuit, local diners, etc. This was by far the best food, people and atmosphere. 5 stars!

This time at a Waffle House in my life. The waitress was new and so were we so we felt very comfortable taking our orders slow and figuring out what we wanted. The waffles are popular for a reason, it was incredible with the syrup. Beacon cooked well and not over done. They have many ways you can customize your waffles and hash browns. I hope to get the same waitress, Ambley, she was very nice

Of course all waffle houses could be cleaner, the bathroom was actually very clean. I had a take out order. I haven't been to waffle house in a min, so when did they start charging you a service fee and a take out fee??? Like I have to pay you to order food??!!! This is crazy I really do not understand it was only $1.35 per fee but it's the principle, I am already spending money with you and I have to now pay you to eat at your restaurant ??♀️we as consumers be accepting too many ridiculous fees.

We got excellent and friendly service. The bacon was thick and cooked crisp. The hashbrowns were cooked just the way I like them, crispy with a little bit of onion. The eggs were cooked just as I ordered them, over easy. The waffle was very tasty as well.
