What can I say? I love Waffle House. I’m by no means a frequent visitor here but I’ve never been let down. Though I’m not a huge fan of waffles in general, the All Star Special and Sandwiches are amazing. I also just love that authentic American feel that so many places are loosing these days. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service at this Waffle House location was disappointing. The waitress herself was nice, but when I told her the grits were very lumpy, her response was simply that she knew but “they walked into it.” I also mentioned it to the cashier, and instead of addressing the issue, she said, “I didn’t serve you anything.”
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who specifically served me—the restaurant as a whole is responsible for the food quality. The grits were extremely lumpy, and no one offered a solution, apology, or substitution (like hash browns or a waffle). For breakfast to cost $17 and for there to be no customer service resolution is UNNACCEPTABLE

24/7 service, great quality - price , friendly crew.
Location: 2916 Buford Dr, Buford, GA 30519, Verenigde Staten. This was not a regular experience, this turned out to be a true magic connection we had with the friendly crew and one very epic friendly customer, a true gentleman who apparently was at live concert of 🎸Van Halen 🫶🏼in 1989 in Wisconsin, longhorn.
This kind mister surprised me and my daughters big time by taking or bill, by total surprise! God bless ya🙏🏼 & have a blissful day.☀️
ps: in the jukebox, we got 6 credits, for: 1-dollar bills 💵 💸💲and we chose the following one of songs: - Ain’t talkin’ ‘bout love - Van Halen - It ain’t me babe - Bob Dylan - The grass ain’t greener (at the other side) - Chris Brown

I came in here because I always come with me and my family and my eight year-old twins bunny that used to be there was so amazing. She made our service so easy and took great care of us, but I came in here and I seen that it was seven women arguing with each other. The cameras are on so all things are recorded. They’re going back-and-forth one is telling the other. I don’t wanna hear what you have to say about Food. The other one is not picking with the other one one walk outI didn’t say anything about it because I have children so I wanted to be very calm so I asked them to get a All-Star. I get an All-Star. I get a All-Star and because they’re arguing my hash brown wasn’t cooked all the way so I asked her to remake it over Again the way, I like it, smothered cheese, onions, and peppers. I get it back and she gives me just cheese on my hash brown Then she give me a waffle that was so doughy not even cooked. I was so scared that I told them I didn’t want my food just charge me for the Waffle and I told her the service y’all were given the attitudes between y’all you’re making the customers feel so uncomfortable. The manager keeps saying I’m about to walk out because her and other people are going at it. I really do not recommend this place especially when you have little children and all you’re doing is arguing in front of it’s so unProfessional I literally left that Waffle House to go 10 minutes down the street to another Waffle House because this is what me and my children do on our days off from school and work is support Waffle House during our breakfast time. Is it wrong?
