My son ordered the Big Dave’s cheeseburger and baconator and the the burgers were not real Wendy’s burgers. They were round instead of square and had a lot of gristle like cheap store brand burgers. It didn’t even taste like real meat.

The worst burger I’ve ever had it was cold very cold and hard as rock bread with very odd smell. Couldn’t even eat it… Whoever working 3/3/25 night shift cooking shouldn’t be it’s unacceptable to sell old and cold food.

I was wondering why when every other restaurant nearby was packed, this Wendy's had a single car. I quickly learned the answer. By the time I ordered my food, I was the only customer there. It took far too long to get my food, which was cold.

This Wendy's looks like it's out of business, and I won't be surprised if it's gone sooner rather than later. This place needs some serious care and new management.

Went thru the drive thru the lady taking my order ask me to hold as if I was interrupting her! When I got to the windows she said nothing so I handed her my card she took it an closed windows when she came bk she handed me my card then my food then she closed the windows! I wanted ketchup but decided against it!

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I have refused to come back for years until I had no choice. Yet again, the simple task of 2 kids meals, a bigg bag, and one #1 proves to difficult for these people. I'm staring at a restaurant with 1 couple inside, and I'm 10 mins into waiting. Once it was delivered, the big bag was wrong, the single was wrong, and I'm missing a fry. Some how, they are out of fries. On a Friday at 6pm. I truly don't understand this place as I see FOUR workers standing around running their mouths, playing, and doing anything but their jobs. Highly recommended going ANYWHERE but this place.

I came to this Wendy's and ordered a couple of wraps. No one behind us in the line and was asked to pull forward. Decided I didn't want to wait 10+ minutes to get my order. I asked for a refund and wasn't able to get my money back. No one was rude but wasn't helpful either. Just communicating wait times and getting my money back woul be helpful

I had the absolute worst experience here. The staff is so rude and clearly doesn’t care for their jobs. They shouted at us for asking for a potato. They told us to leave the drive through because they wanted to go home (they were open for another hour and a half). Do not go here.

This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Wendy’s. I pulled into the drive-thru around 5:25 p.m., and things went downhill fast. While I was ordering, I overheard an employee loudly and rudely yelling at the person taking orders, saying things like, “Stop with that ‘1 sec’ crap” and “Why are you telling people to wait? Just put the order in.” Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. To top it off, there was a tall, heavy-set guy with dreadlocks working who had his pants sagging—a completely unacceptable look for someone representing a business. On top of that, I had to repeat my drink order three times, and even after asking twice for no onions or tomatoes on both sandwiches, they still got my order wrong. I ordered a Dave’s Single and a Dave’s Double and got two completely wrong burgers, both loaded with onions and tomatoes. This kind of service and behavior is beyond unacceptable. If this is the standard at this location, serious changes need to happen—whether that’s retraining or replacing the staff—or just shutting this location down altogether. Customers deserve better.

Probably the worst Wendy's in America. The most lazy workers I have seen yet, told me they were closed at 11:30 when it says 12 and the lights on.

Dry old patty and soggy fries. Instant charge back through my bank, not even worth going back and talking to those lazy morons.
