There were no burgers, no lettuce and the only chicken available was for the wraps. The lady at the front was not friendly. We left.

It seems like when I go there, they are always closing or out of something random like cheese. Yesterday, I went at 1pm and they said they just closed due to a “fire”. There was no smoke and the fire station was there. They have been going down since Covid in 2020. Try the Wendy’s on Hamilton mill, if you want a Wendy’s that is open and has cheese.

Just received the worst service up here. They werent saying anything through the mic so I drove up to the window. Waited 10-15 mins on a mobile order. Then the order was wrong. Food was warm. The lady handed me the food with an attitude. I understand we all go through things but I’m spending my hard earned. I expect to be treated like my time and money matters.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's in the greater Atlanta area. Always out of something. The absolute rudest staff members and management. They'll yell at you for using the app. They'll blame you when they run out of ingredients. This place is mindblowingly awful.

I like Wendy's. Don't go here you will regret it.

Maybe the worst location I have been too. I do uber on the side and told them the order when walking in. And they said it would be right out. Well 20
Minutes later I finally got the food. They gave multiple people the wrong orders while I stood there. They said they were busy… and I guess busy means 1 person in the drive thru while 1 person inside other than myself. But mind you 6 people couldn’t handle 3 thongs..well I assume the store manager standing out back on his phone while about 6 other incompetent people struggled to get orders ready let alone correctly. If I could give negatives I would. AVOID THIS Location at all costs or get something else

The food here is always 50/50 however, and I normally don't like ranting about employees because I used to work fast food, but whenever we go and order either from mobile or in person at drive thru. We end up waiting from 15 minutes to 35 minutes. One time they completely forgot about us in general. They never even seem busy when we go yet it takes forever to get our food.

Just went through the drive-through had to give my order about six different times they still didn’t have it right when I got to the window overcharged me because they entered the wrong item. Didn’t include the a pack of chicken nuggets and also didn’t include the sauces.
