Came to WB for a double with extra onion. Got up to the drive through and paid. Got my order and checked it. Immediately saw no onion at all. So I ask for some. She comes back and tells me they're OUT OF ONION.
ATTN MANAGER: Take a $20 out of the till and go 1/4 mile to Sprouts and buy some!!!

This Whataburger provided poor customer service, and the meat in my burger was undercooked when I got home. The restaurant was also excessively crowded.

This was the best Whataburger experience I have had in a good long while. From the order process to the food. It was nice, fresh, and hot. Matt was super hospitable along with his entire team. I think I received my food in less than 4 minutes which is honestly rare at other locations. I hope to receive this service every time I come through as I know the company is known. Thank you for bringing my home state to my new state

Came here once before and tried the burger, french fries, onion rings, and Saucy chicken nuggets. The burger was by far the best item and I told myself I probably would not go back. Tonight my wife says let's get this because she had never had Whataburger before so I say okay let's do it again maybe it'll be better this time. Burger lacking much luster compared to the first time. Saucy chicken nuggets sloppy, french fries and onion rings are even worse than the first time somehow. The french fries and onion rings were overcooked and by the time we got them old and cold. If I look at pictures of what the french fries should look like according to the website and other people's reviews, ours are about five Shades Darker than they should be, especially the onion rings. Two times is enough, won't get burned again.

Food takes entirely too long to be cold. Food is thrown together any kinda way. The employees are all childish and silly in the window. They smell like marijuana and too much cologne. My grilled chicken was dry and hard I threw my food away. The store manager was awful too. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Food was good but not up to the hype or the 45 min wait in the drive thru. Also told the guy I wanted a double and large fry/drink but got a single and medium fry/drink. May try again after the new wears off. So I decided to try them two more times since they've been open and had time to get their stuff together. Second time they got my sandwich right and my drink right in the fries were cold and soggy. I went by today after work and wound up with a completely wrong order. There's a reason I only have a 2.9 review
