The burger is bigger than I thought. It tasted good. I also love its potatoes. Dara, the store manager, served us with his enthusiasm and happiness.

I came through the drive through Saturday around 1pm and the girl in the window had an attitude that was not very friendly. Her tone of voice was aggressive and she seemed very unpleasant And to top it off the food was not good. Seeing from the other reviews it seems like she is the same one i encountered with and needs to be reprimanded for her behavior and attitude

*Severe allergic reaction after being told there was no sesame*: I went to this Whataburger last night with my family and spoke directly with the manager, Alex. I told him I have a sesame allergy and asked if their food contains any sesame. He said noââwe donât have sesame in our food.â
This morning I woke up covered in hives. It escalated so quickly that I needed medical treatment: I was given Intravenous methylprednisolone at the urgent care and then an EpiPen when the reaction worsened. While I was being treated, my husband checked Whataburgerâs websiteâyour buns contain sesame flour. We called the store; Alex remembered us and first said he thought I only meant âsesame seeds,â then changed his story to say I ânever mentioned an allergy.â
This is unacceptable and dangerous. Sesame is a major allergen in the U.S., and businesses have a responsibility to give accurate information. Your own website lists sesame flour in the buns. Staff should be trained to understand that sesame can appear as seeds or flour and to take allergy questions seriously.
Iâm deeply disappointed and shaken by this experience. Please retrain your team immediately, update in-store allergy information, and ensure managers provide accurate, consistent answers. No one should end up needing epinephrine after being assured an item was safe.

Very short handed, did not know how to use points on app for rewards, waiting a long time to even get anyone to come to front. Every time we come here itâs new people so can only imagine how the food was going to be so we had to leave.

Beyond just fixing the mistake, he was a genuine pleasure to talk to. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, making a simple visit a great experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal. As we were about to pay we asked to add an extra drink to the order. Lexi was extremely rude. They accidentally added two drinks instead of one drink and they were unable to remove it, which is fine by the way. When the manager was apologizing for the mistake, Lexi said âdonât apologize, it was their faultâ. Overall the experience was not great and Lexi made the service awful. Just a heads up, if you are going to talk badly about your customers, donât do it right in front of them. We were respectful and understanding, so I donât think we deserved that kind of treatment.
