Everything was not from the handbook. All of it was extremely poor quality, the apple pies were hours old and soggy, I didn't get my gaffle gooplin ranch which was EXTRA!!!!!!!!! Had employees asleep in the dining area. My buns were not even toasted and it was very soggy, this is the biggest disgrace to Whataburger in this region within 1000 miles. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived on the West Coast when I was younger and ate at places that aren't represented out here that much, including Whataburger. The new stores are awesome, and so is the food!!! I don't remember the Whataburger of my childhood even tasting this good. For a fast food burger, you ain't getting much better than this. Their boneless wing sauce on the tenders packs some good heat, and their spicy chicken sandwich blows Wendy's out of the water. Go ahead, indulge. The food is good and the service was great..I also got a milkshake cuz I'm an adult, and I do what I want
Everytime I visit this location not only is my food wrong, missing, or cold. The service is awful and extremely slow. The drive thru is never busy yet it either takes 15 minutes, or I have to pull into a spot for another 20. Ridiculous.

Nice and clean, kiosk to order is great (not as intuitive as others) but welcomed. Food was fresh and accurate to our specifics. We all enjoyed them. Jalapeno's added to the flavor over just pure heat. Apple pie was delicious and the shake too. Definitely coming back!

Went here once late at night, and it was honestly pretty packed. I had whataburger in texas like a decade ago and It was pretty good but nothing crazy but seems to have gotten worse after they expanded. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but the food was cold and not really worth it. I'm pretty sure the manager was the one who served me and she was extremely rude and seemed pissed off? Maybe she was just having a bad day cause of something personal but it was enough to put me off from ever going here again.
