Having to put my wings in the air fryer after getting my order is crazy. I don’t know what these kids in that kitchen are doing, but yall need to train them again. My wings had to be reheated and the mild sauce was straight oil!? Very very disappointing.

Trash, trash, trash! All of the food in the bag was cold after waiting for the order arriving after the pick up time being told ours wasn’t ready! Then was given the wrong order to still get cold food. First time coming to a wing stop & definitely the LAST!

These people do not care at all. I do not think that any of the Managment or ownership looks at these reviews but I still want to post. Walked in earlier today and tried to place an order. The cashier asked if I am paying cash or card. I said card and then she told me it will take 35 minutes for the order to be ready. When I asked why and what does the payment method have to do with this, she just walked away with no answer. Everyone who works there has zero basic service skills. Go somewhere else and do not waist your time and money at this place.

Worst experience they don’t even care about you and they don’t even take your order and I waited almost 10 minutes just for someone to come and take my order and it took another 30 to 40 minutes to get my order I hope the management takes care of it and make the service better

This place is in need or a major revamp with staff and restaurant. The wait is always 20 to 40 minutes past the original time youre given for pick up. The staff are rude and uncooperative when issues arise. They also will wait til you arrive and wait over an hour to tell you they are out of something or swap it for you without telling you. And if you say 100 times that you want ranch, they will still give you blue cheese. Food is cold. Staff is colder. Avoid this location if you want a good wing stop experience .

Took almost 45 minutes to get food , & it wasn’t good ! Service was not so good , I believe the girl didn’t know what she was doing & rushed us to order, just for the food to come out not to my liking and non edible !

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have encountered a problem at this location and both times were not resolved. The staff is rude and just acts like they don’t want to help you. I always pay for extra carrots and ranch when coming there or for delivery and never get it all the times I order. The fact that I have to go out of my way to drive to the location when I had placed an order for delivery is absolutely ridiculous. And to top it all of the guy I spoke to on the phone said he would pass over the information to the manager and she would give me a call back for a refund but she did not. Please if you’re ever thinking about going to wingstop, DO NOT go to this location!
