Please be careful. We usually order from this place and have never had an issue but this time was horrendous. Wings gave us food poisoning and It hasn’t let up since. It’s the worst stomachache I’ve ever had. I haven’t been able to sleep and it’s coming out from both ends. Please be careful.

Managers of this place stole my bros social security number as he was working here on his first day and was did wrong after for no true reason besides his first day. Food has to always get re cooked or remade either or Doordash or in person with customers never fresh.
HR definitely getting involved tho for sure though and higher.

Sydney was so polite! She greeted not just me but everyone that walked into the establishment! She convinced me to take the survey! She was so professional by asking, “Hi, are you picking up or placing?” She was pushing the surveys out after every transaction! She is truly amazing and she made my experience even better than any other time I’ve visited this establishment (location).

I'm not sure who was managing the store tonight, but it was awesome! Plenty of BOH staff and FOH staff! Everything was stocked and looked cleaned! I ordered online and it was completed on time! The food was hot and fresh! The staff were extremely nice and it was super busy! Kudos to the manager and staff! Tonight was rocking! One happy customer came in tonight! :)
When placing a 50 bucks order i expect just a little bit of customer support. There is none.. these guys don't pickup their phone

Ordered online, showed up to get my food was the only one standing at the counter, wasn't acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. Once the young lady asked my name I was told they were still working on the order. Finally got my food and they put way too much lemon pepper on the wings. They were too salty and too sour I couldn't even finish eating. The fries were also soggy. The young lady that worked there was very pleasant, the food was just horrible.

Now I ordered online for carry out and it’s been a full hour and it’s not ready! I asked for my money back. The staff was literally just outside smoking and just standing around! Not doing a thing!
