Horrible customer service. They answer the phone with just “hello” and provide no professionalism at all. They forgot a large portion of our order and then had an attitude when we called about it.
We ordered delivery because we did not have a ride. Wingstop uses DoorDash, and the driver confirmed those were the only bags the store handed over. Missing from our $130 order were 15 wings, 2 large fries, and a drink. Instead of correcting their mistake, they told us to bring the food back to the store so they could “verify” it, which makes no sense for a delivery order.
Completely unacceptable service. Do NOT order from the Wingstop on Buford Dr at the Exchange.

DONT ORDER HERE. I door dashed and my chicken was RAW. PINK. so bad. I then went to look for my ranch aka the only reason why I order wingstop.. no ranch. Horrible raw chicken is insane. Cook ur chicken people

Didn’t get to order food. It was 4 guys there and I stood waiting on them for over 5 mins. Went outside to get my kid something next door beached he was starving. Decided to call wing stop, (from outside) saw the guy answer and place me on hold and never picked back up. Tried to call again and they cut the ringer off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It is poorly managed and lacking staff. Orders will take over 1 hour and will not be on time even if you order online at a set time. Save your time and money and go to any other restaurant in the area. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed and the location should close.

Food was not that good at all. I put in an order at 930 and finally over an hour later 10:40 they were done and done horrible. Service was the worst. Managment definitely need to work with staff about customer service and how to prepare food. I will not be back to this location. Waste of money and time.
Having to put my wings in the air fryer after getting my order is crazy. I don’t know what these kids in that kitchen are doing, but yall need to train them again. My wings had to be reheated and the mild sauce was straight oil!? Very very disappointing.
