Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came in today 7/31/2025 8:35pm, I’ve got to say - I’m lost for words! First things first the food came out great! Very fresh and amazing! BIG BIG RECOGNITION for the lady upfront I believe she is the manager, she had a red shirt on and spoke both English and Spanish! Just wow! - exceptional customer service!! Probably the best service I’ve got in my whole life experience at Zaxbys! She did absolutely fantastic! For me to get my food fresh and for me to have written a review trust me, it had to be the best!

I always get the Cob salad when we visit Zaxby's but at this Zaxby's it was awful, the lettuce was brown and slimy and I definitely wouldn't recommend. The service was good and the cashier was nice but like I said before, the salad was awful and very disappointing. 🙁

A women by the name Wendy was being very disrespectful opun our arrival in the door. We were simply looking up at the menu, when she aggressively asked who is next for the order. I really questioned if I did something wrong? However, she continued to explain that there was no one at her register ready for the next order. When I finally discovered my choice of lunch, I walked up and she had a weird look in her eyes. She then stated, what’s the name for the order. I told her, clearly, the name Arlette. She proceeded to even spell it wrong. Me and my friends waited patiently for our food after paying, and once it was ready. She yelled in a strong demeanor, saying an order was ready. I was not sure who it was for, and she declined the offer to state to name Arlette. She shouted, “YOU!” I was clearly distraught and will never be attending this Zaxbys again. Please consider taking your order from someone who really will treat you like a human being. 😃

I always order through the drive-through, so I have no opinion on the atmosphere. The drive-through service is mostly a good experience. Zaxbys is my favorite chicken place!

The Giant Chicken Finger Quesadilla was very disappointing. It was not like the advertisement shows it at all. It was skimpy. I saw the ad and it looked so good.

Ok I'm done with Zaxby's. They are no longer getting my money. First they raised their prices and they were already too expensive. Then the food just doesn't taste good anymore. I couldn't get the same food at a gas station. I do not recommend Zaxby's any longer.

This zaxbyz is the best one I've been to. Service was great. The girl julieta that give me the order , was super curteous and very friendly. I will definitely come back to this place. Food was delicous.
