Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxbys salads used to be my favorite. The past two times I have been the chicken has been inedible! Rubbery and hard. I had to throw it out and just eat the lettuce. Will not be back. I gave them a second chance. For $12 this is unacceptable

Ordered thru the drive thru... Absolutely the worst chicken wings I've ever tried to eat! So dried out and tasted like shoe leather! Had to throw them out! $16.00... will never go back!!

Very clearly under new management and overall quality has gone down. My fries are never cooked right and the workers dont seem to know what's going on

Amazing customer service! Everyone was very helpful in the dine-in area, lobby and bathrooms were very clean! Definitely coming back to this place! Thank you to the young lady zuri and the lady in blue for helping us out tonight!

Absolutely unbelievable with this zaxbys! Correct the workers there. Heard a worker calling another worker a fag. Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting.

Funny to me that the AI summary says some orders can be inaccurate. We Mobile ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich yesterday. The sandwich was supposed to have chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. When I got home it had lettuce, tomato and cheese but they forgot the chicken!?! Seriously!?! We called to ask them to credit our account and were told “we can’t do that” and “why don’t you just come back”? I’m sorry but you screwed up. Why should I be further inconvenienced because your staff is incompetent? The offer they gave was they’ll put our name in the book and “next time” we’ll give you a free sandwich. There won’t be a next time!

Came in today 7/31/2025 8:35pm, I’ve got to say - I’m lost for words! First things first the food came out great! Very fresh and amazing! BIG BIG RECOGNITION for the lady upfront I believe she is the manager, she had a red shirt on and spoke both English and Spanish! Just wow! - exceptional customer service!! Probably the best service I’ve got in my whole life experience at Zaxbys! She did absolutely fantastic! For me to get my food fresh and for me to have written a review trust me, it had to be the best!
