Awesome service, great food
To the owner of the place YES YOU! I have a beautiful request from all the people the do drive-thru. To have a MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATION!!! I need you to fix the DRIVE-THRU SPEAKER or Headset they are wearing. It takes more than 5 minutes to order food. It's not language understanding, or your employees. It's the device it has to be FIX. SPEAKER OUTSIDE OR HEADSET. I come and pay $30 to $70 im a regular here. Good positive vibes from people taking my money. BUT DO BETTER! Thank you

Stopping in Zaxby’s drive thru for a quick snack while shopping, but the staff is rude for no reason. Asked for 3 large fries and 3 waters. There is a serious lack of customer service and just plain politeness of the attendants. I will not be back.
Y’all Zaxbys usually has the best sweet tea! But…. Buford drive though sweet tea taste like cleaner ,
I’d go at least three or four times a week just to get sweet tea I go through the drive-through. I asked the girl three different times. Did you change your sweet tea? Yes we did so I quit going for about a month or so because it tasted like cleaner or antiseptic so one afternoon I decided to go to see if it was any better. It was back the same a wonderful Zaxby’s sweet tea. Well, I went through today the tea taste like cleaner. Are you guys not emptying out the cleaner before you make the tea? I’m telling you the drive-through sweet tea is nasty. Please rinse out the cleaner before making the tea. Please do something about this ! thank you

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Sebastian. He was friendly, attentive. His positive attitude and customer service made my visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to be welcomed with a smile. Thank you, Sebastian, for making my experience so good.

Its every bit as good as Canes just down the road but usually not as crowded.
Chicken was cooked perfectly and the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be kind as well. Will be going back.

The food is great but every time I’ve gotten the sweet tea it tastes like dirt. Everything else is great but I’m wasting my money on a $3 dirt tasting tea. Y’all need to have someone else make this on the afternoon shift or something.

I went to pick up a big order I placed online, Sebastian provided service from the moment I arrived. He gave me great attention, and kindly explained what was in each bag. The food was fresh, everything was excellent.

My food was fresshhhh and steaming!!! Although the drink was flat the food made up for it allllll. Got my food in t- 2 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. We need more Zaxby’s to be up to this standard! Thank you. P.s. it was a coke zero that was flat, work on that.

Do not trust management at this location. It has slandered me after I did a good deed for them. Sure sounds to me like sociopathic behavior on their part. Trust me, absent a written apology and corrections, this now saga will be running for a long time. I am a good citizen and do not accept being lied about.
