Once I received my food I had a hair in it. I requested my food to be remade and the general manager stood there and examined the food as well as her employees to be sure I wasn’t lying as if I put it there. I mean if you want to eat some fries with a hair you can have it! The general manager had zero remorse and asked “Well do you want your food or a refund?” Just wow. This is why other fast food chicken restaurants will flourish like Chick Fil A and Magoo’s! They have exceptional customer service and if a mistake happens they will own up to it and make it right no questions asked! Never again will I dine at this location or a Zaxby’s again!

Wish you could not even leave a zero star. I order two salads with fried chicken. Only received one, and my fries and drinks. We waved the person in the window down and told him how we ordered two salads not one, and both fried. The girl the back who had taken the order was yelling saying we said grilled chicken. I get it there can be misunderstanding, but there’s no reason to start something.

Was super excited for this all day and I get a 5 piece tossed in nuclear and when I get home there’s barely any sauce on these at all. Usually I wouldn’t complain but this happens too often with this place. I have to admit they move cars fast but it seems they’re cutting corners in quality to do so. I would have rather waited 5 mins to make sure these things are coated like they’re supposed to be instead of dry and barely any sauce at all. Super disappointed
