Ordered meal online. Come to find out that dine-in is closed. They only have single-lane drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me. It literally took 40 minutes to get to the window.

I love Subway but this one has gone downhill pretty bad they can never get our online orders right you would be better off getting food elsewhere at least you actually get what you order shouldn't have to watch someone for them to do their

Always out of bread . Entire staff all 3 went out to smoke at the same time while we were waiting on bread to cool . Ridiculous service is horrible and rude .

Twice this has happened and I'm not sure if they are pocketing money or what but being over charged for the food and then straight arguing with customer as if they are dumb but when ordering I ordered two meal deals so when I'm told my total 17 and some change and then she comes back to window and said I forgot to charge for the sweet tea ok so I gather 3 .01 now when I ordered I asked for the meals so?????? And then she hands me food and says have a good day I say what about my lg Coke so huffs as if I'm a problem and takes a well enough time to run to the store and get my coke all to say that will be 6.01 ummm I THANK NOT ? NOT TODAY SATAN I won't be back to this location

These employees act so high or slow they don’t even know what’s going on! We went through the drive through 30 minutes ago ordered a foot long ham and cheese toasted with (pickle,onion,mayo and a LITTLE mustard)for our 5 and 1 yr old to share they put so much hot pepper juice on it my kids mouths are on fire… the manager needs to contact me immediately as my children were affected by your employees lack of..They need a whole NEW staff!!!( I called to talk with the manager she told me her managers name and said she didn’t know when lakesha would be back in!

Two guys were on PHONE after when we started down and started to eat our dinner!!! attitude!!! No bacon or pickles or chocolate chip cookies restock!!!! These two men need be fired!!

Not sure which subway this review is tailored to, but the one in Cuthbert Georgia totally sucks. Most other subways meet or exceed my expectations. Stay away from the one at Cuthbert Georgia.
