I've been in line 25 minutes. All the workers are outside watching a car show get out. If I hadn't already paid i would have just left. I don't know if you can see everyone standing outside. The line is also backed up around building.

Waited a while for breakfast meal in drive thru. The girl at the window didn't greet us. She handed the food out the window, shut the window and walked away. Both sandwiches were wrapped up but the wrappers were covered in grease and most of the hashbrowns were in the bottom of the bag 😞

The employees at this burger king are the most kind and personable burger king employees I've ever had the pleasure of stopping at! Made fast food a better experience for my whole family

The Drive-Thru gets slower and slower every time we come! It’s not fast food if the service is slow!

My husband and I spent 20mins in the drive thru due to the doors being locked, burger was not plain and the chicken nuggets were mozzarella sticks. My husband drove back up there, they “fixed” the order and the burger was still packed with ketchup and mayo. It’s like they did it on purpose bc the condiments on the wrapper were marked out or they either gave the same burger we returned. We spent $31 bucks and wasted alot of time.

Poor customer service. My order is never right. The manager there today 7/1/2025 had a horrible attitude at the front window. I called to make them aware of my drive thru order and the phone continued to ring. No one answered. I won't be spending my money at this location.

The staff here is sorry and slow. Sat in line for 30 minutes for a plain double burger. Not sure if they are short on staff but you may want to hire more. This place use to be fast and you could get your food in no time, now, they have no sense of urgency.
I had a bad experience with this location on 6/6/2025 around lunch time and here's why:
A woman, who I believe is a team supervisor, incorrectly took my order 6/6/2025 at 12:23 PM. I ordered a double Whopper with cheese only, but when I returned with the Whopper, it had additional ingredients. It needed to be remade according to my request. The woman continued to be rude about the situation, and her behavior was noticeable to both crew members and customers.
The individual's behavior was very disrespectful towards me, other customers, and her colleagues. She repeatedly displayed an attitude, loudly claiming I never specified cheese for everyone to hear. Then she went to the area where they pack food for customers and told the hamburger cook that it wasn't her fault for the remake of the double pounder with cheese.
I have never encountered such a significant issue with a staff member at a fast-food restaurant until coming here. I am unsure why this staff member was so dramatic about the issue when it was her mistake, not mine as the customer. Other staff members at this Burger King location handle orders correctly without any issues.
Other customers approached me and confirmed that I did order a double Whopper with cheese. They were unsure why the lady claimed I didn't and complained about it. One customer mentioned that this issue needs to be addressed by higher management, as her behavior towards me and other customers who witnessed her rudeness was unacceptable.
This issue should never have happened on her part, and she never apologized for her rude behavior towards me and other customers waiting to order, waiting for their orders to be taken, and guests eating in the dining area.
