0 stars for young black woman at the register. She shows disrespect by her face mimics, the way she talks and what she says. An ugly experience. Nothing against their food though. But the girl should be removed from the front, for sure.

Worst Burger King service I have ever seen!! District manager or franchisee need to reevaluate and retrain everyone there! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Employees play like lil kids behind the counter. The lady making drinks was scooping ice with the cup and bare hands instead of using a damn ice scoop. Dear Franchisee, please look at how your store is currently running and operating. Seriously, most ridiculous drive through experience I have ever seen or witnessed. Lack of customer service and management issues definitely has to be the problem. Good luck!! I’ll drive to Warner Robins before ever going back. And please, someone tell the skinny white boy with long hair to wear a damn bonnet or something 🤣. He thinks he is gangster too 🤣.

I've been in line 25 minutes. All the workers are outside watching a car show get out. If I hadn't already paid i would have just left. I don't know if you can see everyone standing outside. The line is also backed up around building.

Waited a while for breakfast meal in drive thru. The girl at the window didn't greet us. She handed the food out the window, shut the window and walked away. Both sandwiches were wrapped up but the wrappers were covered in grease and most of the hashbrowns were in the bottom of the bag 😞
