My wife ordered a gluten free(GF) pizza for herself alongside the rest of the order. When it was delivered, it did not contain a GF pizza but instead it had a pasta bowl. Understandingly we called and were told to come to the establishment and tell them what we ordered. They then proceeded to give us another pasta dish…. despite the clarification, and they absolutely refuse to deliver anything to fix it. I highly recommend going to another location, or just ordering in person and checking before you leave because you’ll just have to come back to wait even longer for them to fix it.
I ordered through the app and waited until I got the notification that my order was “boxed & ready” to head to pick it up. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, only to be told they were out of large dough and could make 2 medium pizzas instead. I told the cashier mine were already boxed and ready according to the app and he said “we have no control over the app.”Needless to say, I didn’t wait any longer for the pizzas. The cashier canceled the order.I strongly do NOT recommend this Dominoes!!

We order here maybe twice a month, and it's very reliable. I don't think they've gotten our order wrong and the quoted times are usually very accurate as well.

Not sure why so many people had such a bad experience here. But, aside from the occasional extra wait our orders are always correct and hot. Honestly it's one of the better pizza places around. Either domino's stepped up it's game or everywhere else just sucks more. 4 stars bc everyone they send is pretty freaking nice and respectful. Otherwise it's take out pizza people what do you really expect.
