Just went to Krystal. Ordered sackful of Krystals. He asked me with or without cheese. I always say without. Ordered chilli cheese dogs. They had no buns. So I got two melts. Got home and the twelve Krystals had cheese. Also got two large fries. For 37 dollars was disappointed.

I seriously don’t know why/how this Krystal is open. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you go here they are out of fries, out of Coca-Cola, out of cheese, this that and the other. There have been multiple times, as what just happened 10 minutes ago, that they weren’t taking orders, seriously, THEN WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN?!? It’s ridiculous, do not come to this place, it’s horrible.

No one seemed happy to be working there. I was the only customer in ymthe place and they still managed to get my to-go order wrong. Sad, since I only get Krystal when I'm visiting in the south and this was my only opportunity to stop in. 😔
Me and my husband put in an order on DoorDash and Krystal’s took the money and said they were preparing the order and said it was ready but when he went to pick it up the store was closed, I’m very disappointed in this cause they just took 30 dollars worth from us.
