So I was being difficult and asked for half and half tea. He only had sweet tea. I asked if he could give extra ice and a little water in cup he was stunned, i could tell. So I asked, "Just give me a sweet tea, extra ice, and a small cup of water. I'll pour it in. It was late, and I didn't want all that sugar, and they did not have unsweet. He gave me tea without ice and a cup of water, no ice. I had to dump it out. If you read this review, would you please give me a thumbs up 👍? Thanks!

Extremely slow and very rude…. This is the second time in a row this has happened. They girl at the drive thru acted inconvenience that I ordered food after she said it would be a six min wait. Had to ask for my coke…. Then a straw…. Then napkins …. Then mustard… she handed me one one pack of mustard for a snack full. Place is garbage the owner should be ashamed

Waited at the drive thru to order for 9 minutes and then pulled up to the window. Lady comes to the window telling me she's the only one there. So I left. Hate to see Krystal go out like that but it seems you won't be in business much longer. Save the generic reply about expectations not being met. That's not how you run a business.

Went last week around 8am, waited for 15 min at the speaker nobody said anything. There was a car in front that was waiting for their order at the window. I drove off. I went back today just to wait 10 min for my order to be given my scrambler in a random Togo box. I have no issue with different packaging but to just throw it in there as I would of been in the cup was off putting. I gave it back to the cashier and asked for a refund. She told me I would have to wait for the DM to come to give a refund. She also stated that the Dm would be there tomorrow but she isn't sure what time. Like wth am I supposed to do with that information lol she ended up giving me a cash refund after all. I won't be back.

We stopped here while on a long road trip from Missouri to Florida. The signs in the window said they opened at 6am, so we waited the 10 minutes after checking the door. We saw vehicles in drive through at different times, so we assumed it was at least open, since they show open 24 hours here on Google. Needless to say, at about 6:15am we went through drive through and received a recorded message to come back during normal business hours. We were in the lot and walked to the door as an employee had entered, so they knew we were there, and no one felt the need to tell us what was going on and when and if they planned to open.
