Ordered two bacon egg cheese biscuits. Was told to drive forward to wait. 10 minutes later still waiting so go inside and 4 ladies standing there one says biscuits were frozen!!!! 15 minutes and finally get not cooked all the way biscuits. Redicilous and why so many working? Nobody cooked biscuits for breakfast!! Confused! Never again !! Y'all are not professional!!

Passing through town otw home from the airport & was craving a Krystal chick. It's almost midnight with only 2 people working. I place a big order & these guys were quick, efficient & incredibly friendly. Easily best service I've had at a Krystal.

I would stay away from this location, and not waste time here. After 2 years of avoiding this Krystal we decided to give it a try once more. Big mistake. After waiting to get to the speaker we were told it would be 20 minutes or longer to get ANYTHING from the menu. We left, and went to another fast food restaurant. We stopped visiting this Krystal location because our order was always wrong. This time we couldn't even get anything.
This is my go to Krystal, fist time cheese Krystal's was cold. Do better

worker sat in the men's bathroom for 15 minutes on the phone, comes out and it's not even a god damn man and the women's bathroom is open, and i say this is the men's bathroom you know that, and she says "oops" absolute terrible staff and you can tell they don't care abt they're job

If you want your order made wrong this is the best Krystal for you and plus every Krystal I ate tasted like it soaked in water for three days and then it like they tried to cook the water out and oh ya the meat is not even cooked just the onions.Parking: Plenty of parking because on one goes to this location because they don't know how to cook beside hotdogs and fries
