There should be a spot for 0 stars. I will never go back to this McDonald's again. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes with no one taking my order or acknowledging that I was even waiting. Then I was told they could not take my order at this time because they were to backed up. Never in my life has this ever happened. I get they were a little busy, but to turn away a customer because they can't do their jobs is beyond me. I was obviously willing to wait or I wouldn't have been standing they for over 10 minutes. Needless to say we went to Burger King, which was busy as well and they had no issues taking my order. It definitely needs new managers and works or closed down one.

The restaurant ordering area and bathrooms were dirty. The service was just someone yelling out numbers and the biscuits were old and hard. At least our granddaughter's wrap was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had and I go there often. It took 1 HOUR to get my food!!!! When I went in to check out at 30 minutes the workers did not come to the counter for at least 10 minutes. When I finally got someone, the reply was we're backed up. At 45 minutes she asked to look at my receipt. I have no clue where the manager was. It was trashy the workers were rude. Then when I finally got my food. It was missing nuggets. DO NOT GO HERE. All employees should be fired!!!!!

We're at 50 minutes now and still no food. Lobby backed up when we went in to check out what was going on. Strongly advise going somewhere else!

Very slow and disrespectful service. Not even crowded, drive thru line wasn't even long and we wait 20+ minutes for 2 meals. They also weren't taking peoples orders at the front and I saw multiple people waiting long times who came in from drive thru to check on their order.

We had a great experience at this McDonalds. It was clean, we got our food quickly and the workers were very kind! Great experience!
Absolutely filthy and grimey on the inside. Looks like the only thing they wipe down is the top of the table. The floors are sticky, dirty and gross, the trash cans look like they’ve never been wiped down a single day. Service was not good. We were the only ones eating in and next to no cars in the drive through and it took a solid 15 mins to get our food. The girl that brought it out to us acted like we were an inconvenience to her day, and as she was handing me our tray, she caught it on her headphone cord and about pulled the headphones out of her ear onto our tray. I’ve never had such a dried out and tough burger from McDonald’s.. it was hard to bite through Absolutely do not recommend wasting your time. 0/10.. don’t go
