Sharks Fish & Chicken Chicago Style byron

We purchased multiple meals this evening due to our kitchen being fully remodeled. Our food was fresh and hot but lacked season of any kind. I called and the girl just apologized and said the cook is the same.

They have the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwich!!!

Not a bad place they got a good variety of food and the food is not bad some some is actually really good but it a lot of it tastes all the same because they just think whether it's the fish or the chicken or the french fries they all frighten the same grease they all the taste kind of meld together but like I would recommend going here I mean the grease thing doesn't happen very often but I mean they got some good subs and chicken wings are pretty good they got some good fish too just you need to change the grease out more often and have dedicated fries for certain things

Byron location; the young woman who answered the phone had a nasty attitude. Whenever I’ve dropped by to pick up my orders, they seem more interested in being on their phones than providing quality customer service.

The wings were so small I thought they came from a cornish hen. They always send fries --- no one orders them --- they're cold & never crispy.

I’ve been going to the sharks in Byron all the time with My Uncle. The food is always good. It is a three minute wait but it is worth it. ???❤️

The food in itself isn’t bad at all. However, at multiple locations ,especially this one due to how frequent I go, have had TERRIBLE customer service. Continuous attitudes, not seasoning ANYTHING we ordered and tell us there is and when we ask for seasoning we get attitudes with a light shake of seasons, as well as many other issues. The cleanliness at most lovations are unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. The location in fort valley uses their bare hands to cook, sauce and season their food.

Will NOT be going back. I don’t care how good it is!!

Poor customer service really stank do better if you have a problem serving people during YOUR SCHEDULE WORK HOURS apply elsewhere or update your availability simple custom service clearly isn’t for you and you not even cooking the food is the real gag you just taking orders :(…

Came there a couple of weeks ago and the cashier was really nice but today, I got horrible service. The girl at the front called someone on the phone instead of making sure my order was correct. None of the food was seasoned and I was overcharged but I couldn’t get anything straightened out because she completely ignored me while she was on the phone. She didn’t even hand me my food. I had to reach over the counter to grab it. Only giving 2 stars because the first time I came, the other girl that assisted me was really nice, but I won’t be back.

The food is amazing and only reason to continue buying their food but the service is horrible. I always order online never on time and today my food was given to someone else. It’s a reason people order online to pick it up at certain time. Now I have to wait if this is what I want it to do will have done it… I’m so frustrated right now
