Mari and Austin, I just have to say—Waffle House is one of the most incredible places I’ve ever eaten! The atmosphere, the friendly customer service, and the delicious food all come together to create an unforgettable experience. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars, but for now, I’ll settle for five!

The service here has severely gone downhill lately. Not sure what is going on. We noticed the waitresses standing around talking when there are tables that clearly need cleaning. Customers are waiting to be seated and it seems the waitresses are waiting on each other to clean the tables (just laziness). They don’t care how long you have been patiently waiting for a table.
