The cook is very vulgar when asked by a customer if the grits were hot she completely went off cussing and yelling. The customer left embarrassed and I also canceled my order and left. This is not the type of atmosphere I will have kids in. This person should not me in the customer service industry.
I would love to talk to a manger but when I called after picking up my order nope it’s automated. So I sent my family to pick up my order as I’m sick , I asked they check it as I’ve made many orders online and yes they were all wrong, I have a recording of the server in the back yelling at my mother, “ your not checking it, it right” well it’s not and now I’m on my way to the er for allergy issues and the fact nothing was right. I will call the corporate office tomorrow. This location is awful and needs new servers and cooks just based off attitude and adding things to orders that were not listed, well I hope my attorney will be able to get through.

Worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. Sat at a dirty table for 20 minutes. Never put in a drink order, never got my table cleaned up. Spoke to a waitress and asked to put in an order. She said “I will be with you in a moment” as she proceeded to walk past our table 3 more times and give other customers their food. We got up and left and no one said a word to us. As we were getting in the truck the waitress started to clean off the table we were sitting at.
The lady with the freckles isn't very "into" her customers. She doesn't come around to ask if you need more coffee often enough. Forgets items that you said during the order. Too busy talking with the other employees. Runs to the office for periods of time (disappears). If she would have cared, I would have given more than minimum tip. She deserves no tip, in my opinion for just doing less than required. Having to somehow get her attention when you need stuff. She never looks your way unless you pipe up for voice, so, usually with most waitresses that I know of is all you need to do is signal with you eyes and head for attention and they are right there. She doesn't even know you exist after your order is served.
I should have given the tip to the cooks instead.

I'd like to introduce you to Shalandria, and the 6025 Watson Crew! Shalandria greeted us as we opened the door and as we took our seats she was leading the way to a GREAT breakfast experience. She brought sunshine and happiness to the entire meal experience, as did the balance of the 6025 crew.
You can feel the positive energy, the smiles, the camaraderie between the staff. My All-Star breakfast was cooked to perfection, and her Bacon Sandwich, also perfect.
We laughed together, we admired the cleanliness of the facility and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I would recommend Shalandria, but you'll be in good hands with any crew member.
