I cannot believe I just witnessed this
Me and my son stopped to have lunch about a $60 order I walked into the restroom to wash our hands before we ate Somebody was in the stall. The soap was not working little did I know it was an employee I asked somebody to come fix the soap dispenser, cause it wasn’t working so as an employee came out of the kitchen, trying to fix the Dispenser and employee walks out of the restroom Stall Starts making jokes about kicking this dispenser because it wasn’t working for a while I guess employee walks into the kitchen and I guess start changing clothes. I’m really not sure but did not wash his hands. I looked at the other employee and said is he not gonna wash his hands? He didn’t have anything to say I said I wanted to refund another, Manager comes out of the back, justifying that he hasn’t started cooking yet and he’s changing his Clothes and putting a belt on and And they wouldn’t allow him in the kitchen until he washed his hands which I’m really not sure he bypassed the sink in the kitchen because I gave him the benefit of the doubt to see if he would stop in the kitchen and wash his hands and he didn’t he went straight to the back and I’m not really sure what so I asked for a refund in a Manager tried to justify That he hasn’t started cooking yet any employee that walks in the kitchen should immediately wash your hands, even if there wasn’t in the bathroom using the restroom so of course, they gave me a refund. I will not be returning back couple other people walked out with me. and I also asked if he was gonna come back out and wash his hands and they had no response like a brick wall not very sanitary

This is usually the best Zaxbys in the Warner Robins area. We stopped last week, and the front counter attendant failed to acknowledge us for 4 minutes as she had her back to the front counter filling drive thru orders. She mumbled she would be back as she sprinted for the door. When she did come back, I ordered and then wanted to include an incentive I earned in the Zaxbys app. I was rudely told I needed to order my order in the app and was dismissed. The app refused to accept the incentive, and we left and went to Slim Chickens. Won't be back to Zaxbys for a long time.

My granddaughter worked at your establishment for just three days and was still in training when she was let go. I’m writing because I truly don’t understand why this happened. She came in every day giving it her all trying her best to learn, to show respect, and to be a team player. She was genuinely excited to be part of the team and wanted nothing more than to do well and make a good impression. I was told someone mentioned she had an “attitude,” but I want to be very clear she doesn’t have an attitude problem. That’s simply how her tone of voice naturally comes across sometimes, and it’s often misunderstood. She’s a kind-hearted girl who never meant any disrespect. Misinterpreting someone’s tone especially when they’re nervous and in a brand new environment shouldn’t be a reason to take away their opportunity. There was also mention of the bathroom not being cleaned, but that wasn’t her fault. She was asked whether she wanted to take over the bathroom or the dining room, and she was told to handle the dining room which she did, as instructed. She wasn’t trying to avoid any responsibility; she simply followed what she was told to do. She also had trouble with the upcharge process not because she didn’t care, but because it’s a lot to remember in just a couple of days. She was still learning how to approach customers, what to say, and how to keep up with all the expectations. It takes time and experience to get the hang of that. She was doing her best and trying to take everything in. She had a great trainer, someone who was doing their best to help her. But sometimes, even with a good trainer, it just takes more time. With a little more patience and support, I believe she could’ve become a great asset to your team. You can't expect someone to know everything within a day or two. And if she was ever seen standing around, it was only because she didn’t want to do something wrong. She was trying to figure things out and was waiting for guidance. The truth is, she was trying her best. She wanted to succeed. She wanted to be part of the team. And most of all, she wanted to make you all proud to have her there. She just needed a fair chance to grow into the role, like any young person starting out.
I typically like Zaxby's but this particular location was not very good. That's all I'll say about it.

Hands down the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to—and I don’t say that lightly! It’s over an hour from home, but we stopped here twice in one day during a road trip (once coming and once going), and both times we were met with genuine kindness and top-notch service. While waiting for our order, multiple team members checked in to see if we needed anything—and even offered me a drink. Every guest who walked in was greeted with a warm smile, even during the busy rush.
Our order was perfectly accurate both times—hot, fresh, and with all the extra sauces and special requests included. That level of care and consistency is rare.
This location sets the bar high and is truly an example of how fast casual service should be. I only wish the Zaxby’s near us took notes from this team. From now on, this will be a must-stop whenever we’re in the area. Honestly, I’d even consider making the hour-plus drive just to satisfy a serious Zaxby’s craving.

I’ve been at a few zaxbys around TN and GA before but today was different, we are on a roadtrip and stopped for a quick dinner, I must say I highly recommend coming here, the service was amazing especially by the girl who helped us (I believe her name is Alexis) she was super sweet and made sure to take good care of us. The food also came out really good, overall I’d say 5/5 overall. The staff all seem very nice and productive, we left really satisfied!

The food was good. Grilled chicken with a house 🥗. 2 veg egg rolls. The salad dressing was a bit boring until I used the sweet and spicy sauce, which made it amazing 👏. Really clean and friendly staff once they notice you standing at the cash. (Was talking/hugging another employee while her back was turned to the customers).

I placed an online order for 2 chicken finger plates, buffalo shrimp, and cheddar bites. I arrived 20 minutes later only to wait 25 more before I received my order. When it was opened at home, all of the food was cold, food was missing, and they put sauced shrimp in a freaking fold-top, cardboard, unlined box that had leaked sauce over everything in the single bag it was all placed in. This is now the 3rd time our orders have been screwed up on more that 1 level., BEWARE!!!
