This is the most ghetto zaxbys ever. They messed up my order like twice and had me waiting 15 minutes. I tried be patient but it’s too hot outside so I just got a refund on my 2nd order and left

Took forever to get food (30+ minutes) with no one in the restaurant. Then, salad had mold on the cucumber of the salad and pieces of rotten lettuce. If you like Zaxby’s seasoning on your fries, you won’t get that here. They were out of ketchup, out of napkins, and no soap in the men’s bathroom. Absolutely avoid this location of Zaxby’s.

I don't know what's going on, but zaxbys is definitely losing their touch. The chicken taste fake n rubber like, fries r yuck. Tea is the best squeeze some lemon, oooyeah..I'm turned off I don't want it anywhere. I'm done.

Service was complehorrible. The manager Sanders refused to cook our orders, and when we asked for his supervisor’s or corporate’s number he refused to give it to us. The issue was they were trying to close an hour early this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very upset with this location. I drove there just to get some cheese curds and got there before 10 pm which is when it says they close. They told us at the speakers the system was down and they can’t help us and they were just standing around inside. I know it was close to closing time and they just didn’t want to help us. Very disappointed to waste my time and gas.

Always love Zaxbys. But headed out of town. So we stopped and ole trusty... I got the loaded fries... and the fries. All were all like the old ones left in the fryer.. they were all dark burnt and crunchy. Very disappointed.

Awful service. The drive through speaker sounds more distorted than a soundcloud rap from 2012. They didn’t give us fried pickles but still charged us for them. They fire their employees without notifying them. One of the employees blows vape smoke over the food too.

I was very disappointed yesterday. I ordered a boneless wings and things that came with fries. The fries were mostly burnt and cold. You can tell they were just sitting there. I couldn't eat a lot of them. The boneless wings were cold and hard. They seemed to have been retossed but still nasty. The tenders were the only thing hot. I'm mostly dissatisfied because I was the only person in the drive thru and I couldn't get hot food. I know it's fast food but I would have waited for hot food.
