I have been in my truck for awhile, I wanted to eat inside. I walked in and the girl told me I had to use the drive through. So I got in my truck and drove to another restaurant. Burger King is going down in their service. ☹

After a 5 hour drive to evacuate from FL and 4 failed attempts at other restaurants along the way, the staff here were AMAZING and very helpful. We had 5 starving children and 2 adults at the beginning of ordering and after getting our food in record time, EVERYTHING was delicious. Hot and ready, and made to our liking. SUPER FRIENDLY staff as well!! Highly recommend and will be back before we leave GA and head back to FL. Thank you for making our first interaction in GA a pleasant one.

Burger King in Cairo is the worse fast food place ever the service stink they have attitude and the food is left over and reheated, just lazy customers service and nasty food

RUDE The drive-thru employee copped an attitude with me. I told her I needed a moment more to look at the menu and she thought that I told her something else. She got offended. She left me hanging for awhile so I went on to the window, thinking we got disconnected. Even though I was the only customer going through drive-thru at that time she told me I had to circle the building and go back to the drive-thru menu and order from there instead of her simply taking my order at the window. I don't appreciate an employee taking out their bad day on me and I let her know I was not happy. No wonder I was the only customer at the drive-thru; everybody went to McDonald's! I too went elsewhere for my burgers. ☹️
