This is the best Dairy Queen in the area! They are always fast and delicious. One of the team members remembers my order and recognizes me when I come in. She is always so fast and helpful. The Misty Freeze I order is always made perfectly. Other locations often get it wrong by adding too little syrup. It is always consistent and perfect here.

I've always been a customer of this restaurant for years. Me and my husband have spent so much money, with your establishment. I usually always go through drive through, but just decided to dine inside with my family. I was trying to have a nice enjoyable dinner with my mom, nieces and sister. Earlier today I attended a funeral for losing my cousin and then had to visit hospital because my sister was sick. I could have went anywhere else, to another restaurant, but we chose here. Upon arrival crumbs were all in chairs and I had to take paper napkins to wipe them down myself. Then, my nieces asked for dipping sauces with their meals, so I asked the crew members. Anyone that finds that funny, needs help. And they all just stared, then started laughing. I've never felt this uncomfortable at a restaurant. That's very unprofessional because it makes a customer feel awkward and like they were laughed at. I felt very uncomfortable. This is going to run customers away, if you don't train them right. Who laughs in customers' faces. Staff is very rude and I don't want people serving my food to laugh all over it anyways. But I just paid the $1.00, for condiments and waited till my family finished eating, to leave. Don't know why anyone working at a fast food, will think it's funny to laugh at customers that don't work there. When you need the customers' money, to get a paycheck. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Dairy Queen please do better with staff. And I will be calling corporate 1st thing Monday morning!!

Expensive for burger shack
The service is slow and the food is not good, plus they charge 30% MORE than the Thomasville location. And $0.75 for a single honey mustard?!? I won’t be back. If zero stars was an option I’d choose that. I paid $27 for 2 meals and a kids dipped cone. Then they charged me another $0.75 because my son wanted a honey mustard. Plus they didn’t want to give me my receipt.

Service very friendly and quick. The onion rings were hot!
The only drawback was the buns were a bit hard.

Hamburger was not hot and neither were the fries.
This franchise owner needs to go to the Bainbridge DQ, they'll show him how it's done.
The chicken strip basket was served hot. The straps were tender and moist. The chicken strip salad was fresh. For a quick, easy Sunday lunch, you can't go wrong with DQ!
