Sauce was on pizza, ordered without didn't see till I got home. Manager said he'd refund it, called 3 days later and was told to be patient. Week later called and manager said he'd have someone call me and said they have been busy and that's why order was wrong.

After a wonderful wedding where they only served gluten food besides the wonderful salads I called Domino's in Cairo up and got my FAVORITE pizza. Caleb greeted me and reminded me of the coupons I could use to save money and even threw in a garlic sauce ?This place is so much bigger than Bainbridge dominos which gives them the ability to work more effectively. Thank you Caleb from Dominos!

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza on 03/28/2024. All that's there is the Philly meat and no other toppings that the Philly comes. This location is great normally and the workers are always working their hardest. This time just left me a little bummed. If I could get a credit that'd be great but if not that's okay too.

Not sure if it is just me, but every time we go to order Dominos (Once every month or so) it seems to take over an hour for them to call me and tell me the wait will be another hour or so. Is anyone else having issues having to wait 2-3 hours for their food? We don't order out very often, but when we do, it is a shame that it is like this....

Put in an online order at 10:56 pm, waited 45 minutes, the app still said preparing order, so I went to the store and told her my name for the order to see if it was ready and she told me it was just now put in the oven. They were not busy when I arrived to the location. The lady asked me if I wanted to cancel the order very happily because she saw I was frustrated. She didn’t give a care in the world about me or my business. This is the people we have working in fast food now, lazy, entitled and don’t do their jobs right. I know this isn’t going to be looked at or even given though but I’ll never be using this location again. It’s horrible every time I’ve tried to order here, they don’t care about customer service either.
I cannot rate the service high enough. I made a mistake for an online pick up order for my students' Christmas Party. Long story short, I was a day early! Alicia and Nehemiah were the only two working in the kitchen that day. It was Thursday before Christmas Break and SEVERAL schools and businesses were having parties and ordering from Domino's. Those two were hustling... HUSTLING... I was so impressed with that in the first place, but I became much more impressed when I realized my mistake, and I would have never asked them to squeeze in 14 pizzas on top of their busy load. Alicia looked at me and said that they would make it happen. AND THEY DID!!!! I watched them work together, interact with customers, etc. and were extremely pleasant and seemed unbothered by with what I would have considered a stressful day! Shout Out to Alicia and Nehemiah!! They saved the day and 52 kids VERY HAPPY!!

Ordered online. Arrived about 15, or so, minutes later to find out perfect order of food was ready. Food was awesome, the order is right every time, and the service is great. Can't go wrong with Domino's in Cairo, GA.
