Firehouse Subs Cairo Crossing

I've been debating making this place my go-to lately. I have another Firehouse that's closer to me, but the service I receive here is beyond exceptional snd people are friendlier! I've recently been making the longer trip to this one. Everything is always fresh, the staff are always welcoming and helpful, and I always leave excited to come back for the next meal! The staff has yet to disappoint me with their favorite recommend!

I go to this Firehouse Subs every weekend at different times. Been going for many months, sometimes early, sometimes late. Every single time I go, they are pleasant at the register, efficient with my orders, the place is always spotless, the tea is fresh, the sandwiches are always great. They all work hard (I see you) and I sure do appreciate you. Thank you and thank you for rounding up for first responders.

Well you have ruined another meal. We ordered the new parmigiana chicken ball sub with only half the amount of cheese. Only your order taker or the sandwich maker did not understand the request or just made it the way they wanted. We received it with only cheese on 1/2 the sandwich the other 1/2 was cheese less. Both my husband and I can not have all the cheese you put on the sandwich. We never said only put the cheese on 1/2. Therefore we did not eat the sandwich. This is the third time of being disappointed in this restaurant. Management must not care.

The place is bigger than most Firehouse Subs, but the food is just as good! The people there are as nice as they can be, and the next time I am in the Cairo area, I will be making a return trip!

I’m pregnant and eat an absurd amount of sandwiches from this firehouse location. I just ordered a door dash sandwich as I’m working from home and can’t leave. The app didn’t have the option for chopped pickles. I called to see if they would add them for me. Not only did she say she’d add them, she said she’d send me extra pickles! 10/10 on the customer service! Thanks so much guys! I wish I had gotten her name

my bf drove 30 minutes to get firehouse then 30 minutes back home. when we finally got to eat it there was a long grey hair in my sandwich, i tried not to be angry bc that happens sometimes. then i found a piece of paper in between the meet on my sandwich as well, then i was mad and we didn’t eat at all. we went back a few days later, but this time we went inside and who i assume is the manager had grey hair, not pulled up, and not wearing a hat. that answered my question and i will not be going back.

Food was good. As always. It took 20 minutes to get it. They weren't even very busy. Very aggravating. But delicious as always.

My wife and I ate at the cairo, ga location and a couple of hours later got violently sick we're never eating there again.

I got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub and a brisket and cheddar sub. First time going there, the experience was good. The staff were friendly and the service was great. I will return!!!

Called to place order, was told to hold (or call back). I held for 16 minutes and tried to call back. Each time phone rang for over 3 minutes ad someone picked up and slammed it down. WILL NOT be going to the CAIRO Firehouse Subs at any time EVER!!!!! Would give this place a great BIG "0"....
