Asked an employee for a towel to wipe the table. He stated there are no paper towels available in that area. The table was not cleaned with a wet towel, nor did anyone come to clean it for customers. I ended up using a paper towel myself. Poor customer service experienced on January 23, 2026, at 12:45 PM.

Placed a mobile order and it took forever. One worker would tell people their food was being made, then another would come up and say it hadn’t even been started. The whole place felt really unorganized. One of the workers was yelling at the others loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It also took around 10 minutes before anyone even came up to take people’s orders. Really disappointing experience.

My husband went out to pick up our food we ordered on.line. his sub was perfect, mine was so far from what I ordered I couldn't eat it. I order Italian. No ham, no mayo with dressing. All it had was mayo like it was dipped in the jar. No pepperoni, no dressing. Just completely not what I ordered. I shouldn't have to go back for what I wanted

I went 4/9/25 ordered a sub and it came out in a timely manner, was made perfect, the staff was nice and was clean. Been a long time since all things were good. It's been a long time since I was pleased with my visit. Good job staff!
