I ordered a waffle and piece of bacon. I asked for the bacon to be crispy. The waffles are usually soft and fluffy. The server said they had a new cook. Good to know! The waffles looked like someone struggled to get it out of the waffle maker. The bacon not crispy. Needless to say I declined my order! They needed more help serving and cooking last night.
I know restaurants are struggling to a point, but think about it this way - would you eat what you cook or create?!?
This is my first complaint on this location as we have been several other times!
Just try to do better!

My son & I made a last minute decision to eat an early supper there at the HH. There couldn’t have been a better decision to make once we walked in and were even happier Skylar was working again and available to service us. We have had such pleasant experiences with her in the past, she’s an added bonus to us continuing to come back!

Late lunch on a Sunday, only half the place was seated, the other half was dirty tables.
We waited about 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our existence. Waited another 50 for our food to start coming……
Biscuits and gravy were served without gravy & we were told they didn’t have gravy as they served the food.
Hash browns were too burnt to eat with the plastic fork we were given to eat with.
No butter or fruit on pancakes, which I again asked for, never received. Same with toast.
The syrup jar looked like it had been in use since the 90’s and made my stomach turn just looking at it. Luckily, I never made it to the pancakes because we were still waiting on food, and drinks……
Finally after not receiving half our food, entire table of empty drinks, I got up and asked for our waitress who appeared to be taking a break.
We left without eating.
Waitress Dalana is quick with getting your order and bringing your food. She suggested the best offer for the customers which shows she’s knowledgeable of the menu.
Kid-friendliness: Children have space to walk around and be friendly to others
