They hardly ever stay open all the way until they're posted closing time. Sometimes they close 2 hrs early. For the longest time they wouldn't accept cash, it was card only or no service.

The lights are off inside the store and food is taking over an hour. This is a seriously embarrassing excuse of a business. I am stunned it is still operating.
Walked in to place an order no one was at front counter, and when a worker finally come up to front, there was no greeting he just said we are not taking orders today. Why have an open sign on if you are not taking customer orders.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would they were rude I waited 45 minutes on my pizzas and then they were all burnt to a crisp. Terrible service.
Horribly rude, they started walking away talking to their friends while I was standing there still giving my order, complete disregard for professionalism or even being a mature adult, extremely disappointed with the level of disrespect and rudeness in this store. Food was good though

Awful pizza. Cheese pizza was so over cooked all the cheese was brown. The deep dish I ordered turned out to be 2 separate pizzas in the box. One was a small circle and the other was a tiny rectangle and but neither was a deep dish or what I ordered. It looked like my 4 year old was playing with pizza dough and trying to make pizza.
