Maybe a call needs to made to the Regional Manager about how all of your milkshake, frappe, slushee, etc machines are always down? Get it together! They’ve been “down” for months.

I have a rather large family so our bill anywhere is typically high, we avoid even stopping places because the service and food is usually a waste of our time and money, thankfully today was different! Food and service was outstanding. Probably the first time in 10 years I have received all of my order correctly, fresh, and without a long wait from McDonald’s. Kuddos to the workers, you aren’t going unnoticed and you’re appreciated! Drive thru around 6pm 10/27/24

the employees are rude off the bat, no effort towards being professional or friendly. the disappointment in their voices when you pull in to order, wow. your wait time is going to be at least twenty minutes everytime.

It never fails that everytime I go to this place that the “machine” is down …..EVERY SINGLE TIME !!! The wait time is awful the employees are awful and rude and make it clear they hate their job

Oh how I wish I didn't have to give this location even 1 STAR. What an awful experience. (Speed of service was extremely long, Incorrect order and lastly HAIR on my Food.)

Please enjoy these pictures and take my recommendation of not visiting this location. The staff are rude, service is clearly not their top priority and lastly, the unsanitary preparation of their food needs the attention of local Health Code Inspectors.

Yes, I have the receipt and will be happy to share with Management to prove my purchase, date, time and location. Social Media here I come, because this far beyond acceptable.

Worked a 15hr day. Stopped to grab a bite to eat at about 930pm. The arches light was off so I asked a couple employees that were standing outside talking to their friends if they were open. The non McDonald's employees told me no they weren't open and I needed to leave. There were 5 cars sitting in the drive thru so I pulled up to the speaker, where we proceeded to sit for almost ten minutes until someone finally took our orders. Used to be really crappy service then something changed and service got better. Looks like this location is back to its old ways. Horrible customer service.

If negative stars were a thing I'm sure all of the McDonald's in south ga would be failing. The foods always half put together, you can hardly get anyone to take your order or acknowledge you, the place on the inside is always trashed. You could place a mobile order an hour earlier and your food would still not be ready. You're better off spending your time and money elsewhere until they gut the staff and replace them with people who actually want to work.
