I have always lived McDonald’s It has always been one of my favorite restaurants but over the years it has been disgusting and I never go , well today. I had to pick my granddaughter up for a doctors appointment and let me tell you it was delicious fresh bread, hot fries everything was perfect thank you thank you thank you McDonald’s!

my ex went in and used the order system, ordered himself and a cheeseburger for someone else in my household. the total was around was around $33. he paid for it and came back. the 2nd burger wasn't in the bag. just the second fries. we don't get paid much and that was a waste of money with no burger

Service is always obnoxiously slow. Attitudes are always high. And if you order ice cream on the app, you can bet money, the machine is down. But they won’t tell you that until you get to the window so all you can do is let them replace the McFlurry with 2 cookies. How has corporate not lost their marbles over this store

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is so poorly managed I’m surprised that corporate hasn’t stepped in for an explanation. The young careless staff will allow you to say hello 5-6 times before taking your order at the window. When they do answer, “what you have”? “ sauce”? “Drink”! Why work if you don’t believe you should have to? Like why even show up and clock in if it’s going to make you so angry to take orders and flip burgers? Easiest job out there, yet these people are mad as hell that they gotta work. We were told to pull around to window “3”….haha! The window you get sent to if you show the slightest bit of surprise at the outrageous racist behavior toward white folks just trying to get some nuggets for the kids. Sat at window 3 for 10 minutes then went inside to get food where every employee was standing cutting up and irritated that we came in to get our food they didn’t want to bring to us. If you’re white, you will be treated extra poorly and with hostile service. I’d try to reach out to management, but with the way this place is going I already know the management doesn’t care.

Never seen anything so poorly run for years and still remain open for business. If Chick Fil A ever comes to Cairo, this dismal operation is mercifully out of business. Zero sense of urgency, zero professionalism, zero and I mean zero sense of customer service.

Went there thinking it would be quick had only 30 minutes to get back to work went through drive-through ordered. My food lady told me to drive around drove around to the window. They did not have my food there. They did not take my order again went in to get my order taken, and they would not take my order.
