They deserve a 0 they have really bad customer service when you tell them to change your order they start to argue with us and make a whole scene about noting that’s there job to give us the best customer service even if your having a bad day

STOPPED BY AFRER WORK ON MY WAY BACK TO TALLAHASSEE, First time I've been able to order a milkshake from any McDonald's in at least 6 months after 9pm and not be told the milkshake machine is down and it was amazing and I also ordered dinner and it was perfect the staff was very prompt friendly and inviting definitely had to share about this very clean restaurant!

Honestly if i could i would give this place 0 stars. I went there yesterday and had placed an online order for breakfast. I wasn’t aware that the order doesn’t start until you get there, I thought the whole point of ordering online was ordering ahead. So I get there and pull up to the speaker and one of the workers were so rude and nasty towards me. Honestly something needs to be done about the employment here. It’s been multiple times where they have always had a rude and nasty attitude.

I called the location in Cairo ga on an October 23rd on Thursday at 9:20 I called over 3 times no answer. So I went to the app, it was not working for my payment information so I wanted to ask a simple question if I could use my payment information in the drive thru due to me not having my card on me. If not then I would try a different food chain. After my card wasnt working I called again over 15 TIMES. I checked the time it was already 10:20. This location and costumer service was absolutely horrible, awful, and just rude. Get some employees who can actually do their damn job. I just wanted to feed my mom and my siblings.

They people are super nice, don't get me wrong. But I don't go here often, but when I do, they can only handle one car at a time and even then, expect to be there waiting for someone to serve you. Which is exactly why I don't go. I've done a few mobile orders and still I'm always left waiting for atleast 10 mins. I'm not even exaggerating, it's ridiculous............

I ordered on the app at 1:07pm. At 1:27pm still no food ready for pick up. So much for a quick bite on my way to work.
Went their last 10/3 to order a #2 with large coffee. They coffee machine is down forward 1 week 10/10 order a #2 with large coffee and guess coffee machine is still down. Who owns that store needs to get with the manager of that store and find out why there is no coffee. I will not be back

I have always lived McDonald’s It has always been one of my favorite restaurants but over the years it has been disgusting and I never go , well today. I had to pick my granddaughter up for a doctors appointment and let me tell you it was delicious fresh bread, hot fries everything was perfect thank you thank you thank you McDonald’s!

they messed up our order and everyone else’s. they didn’t even put the wrap together. ranch was everywhere but in the wrap. if i could give 0 i would. do better
