Staff was very cold and not welcoming and I had asked for extra chicken on my pizza and paid for it but no extra chicken very poor experience and it was carry out and they still asked me for a tip and I gave 15% for mid service very disappointed 👎🏻

We came to the buffet and pizza hut was doing a $2 special on the personal pan and they didn't put out No more pizza on the buffet and we all had one cup to drink The line was all the way outside to paid for your orders they need so help they forget about the people in their dine area

This place is disgusting and needs to be closed down. My experience was bad because I ordered a pizza for lunch and noticed that there was hair in it. I then asked to speak to the general manager who I showed the pizza who caught an attitude with me. She then snatched the pizza from my hand which I asked for a refund. As I was standing there I noticed that no one wearing gloves and no one is washing their hands. Don’t waste your money here.

Ok, don't dine in here. The food is good, mostly always. It can, at random times, be skimpy or the dough may be over proofed before they cook it. Try to order during peak volume hours for better dough. They can't stuff a crust to save their life, and they do a really bad job at the stuff bites too. I'd really like to train them on both, but it's not my industry anymore. The staff is friendly, that's a plus.

The hours to close on Saturday is supposed to be 12:30am. Placed a door dash order at 10:50/11:00pm and yet they are fully closed. If the hours on here, DoorDash, and Pizza Hut website all say 12:30am. You should still be open, if not CHANGE YOUR HOURS. Some of us work nightshift and would like some food. 🙄

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times now, it's been a pretty decent. The pizza usually arrives hot and tastes alright there have been a couple of times where the delivery took longer than expected, or the order wasn’t exactly right. It’s kinda frustrating when youve placed the order ahead of time just to have to wait longer than expected.

I traveled thirty minutes to get to this Pizza Hut in Cairo, GA, because they have a buffet. However I arrived exactly thirty minutes before the buffet was over and all the pizza was barely warm on the buffet. I asked the server was anymore pizza coming out and she said no. Guess you don't get what your money pays for 😭.

Worst experience ever!! Upon our arrival there were two displaced individuals one sitting up front appeared intoxicated the other was sleeping in a booth in the back. We stood there 5 minutes then was seated! Took 5 more minutes to get our drink orders. We ordered one trip salad was charged AUCE! We ordered 1 medium pepperoni lovers pizza we counted 20 pepperoni all together very disappointing! Our thin crust meat lovers was supposed to be minus ham it was loaded with ham. We never got refills or apologies for wrong pizza. The flies were awful! We left with leftover pizza wrapped in napkins no box was given after several requests! Please get better staff that’s the worst of the worst ?

All the food is frozen. Sometimes they use ingredients that have spoiled because we have no more. Rude staff that usually does not care for the customers. Hand washing procedures are almost non existent. The kitchen, dining room, and building are filthy because it is barely cleaned. Also, the dishes are not washed correctly and are used even with old food on it. The freezers go out continuously, so sometimes the dough is compromised. I’ve seen the walk in freezer go out and compromise all the food products, but still these ingredients have been used. Upper management does not care for employees. Trust and believe the employees are talking trash about you and what you order because I have seen it first hand. Lots of issues at this store in particular. Do not eat here…I know because I worked here for a few years.
