Food is usually good if they have what you select to eat. Always out of something it seems. The store closes sooner than the signs says and always too early. Employees seem to not want to be there or are rude almost all the time.

I went on a Sunday evening to get a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised on my visit as compared to other Subways. The store was clean, I was greeted as I entered the door, service was fast and the sandwich was excellent. The build was good, properly heated and tasted fresh. I was suppose to eat half and save half but it was too good so I ate the full sandwich in one sitting. Kudos to the management team and staff for a quality experience.

The meatball sub wasn't very good and we only got the classic meatball because they said the coupon doesn't cover their new menu items. We wanted The Boss. While there are exclusions on the coupon (i.e.) the Monster, The Boss was not one of them. When my boyfriend said, "fine just give me a regular meatball sub", at checkout they told him their system couldn't accept coupons at that time. I'm sure they could have overwritten their register and honored the coupon.
