Ordered lunch on the app at 11:48 and headed to the restaurant. They was a little busy but I sat in there and watched everyone that came in after me order and get their food. I'm finally got my order at 12:52 after repeatedly inquiring about my order. Didn't get any kind of discount or refund for waiting my whole lunch break to get my food. There was plenty of staff and no excuses to be made. Service is usually good there but this time was terrible.

Tacos were smashed in the middle and barely had any meat on them. There was a long line wrapped around the drive thru also.

Customer service was terrible on top of asking for more than a scoop of sour cream that they tried to charge $1.07 for… the general manager came out and did not budge on trying to offer anymore than the scoop:/ All of the workers behind him looked so pleased that he did not budge… which is insane but not surprised.
