I went through the drive thru, the staff were great and the dry seasened tenders were outstanding! I wish this was local for me I would return!

i ordered curbside at 12:16, got to the store at 12:25. at 12:41 i was still there waiting, i end up calling at 12:45 for the lady to tell me she’s bringing my food out now, when she gets to my car with my food she tells me that my food has been ready and just sitting there…. no I’m sorry or anything… will not go back. food was cold, no ice in the drinks

Sadly, it’s Bad and getting worse every time I go, They tell EVERY car in the drive through to pull forward into a parking spot and it SIGNIFICANTLY slows service down.

The nibblers was soggy and the bread tasted moldy
16.99 for 10 pc finger plate. Half was so hard it was inedible. Service was atrocious, except the Manager on shift. Corporations need to take note.

The people of Cairo are so lucky to have such a wonderful Zaxbys. From the wonderful team who greets you with a genuine welcome to the fresh food. I would rate the entire experience a 10 Star!! Way to go. We plan to visit every time we are in Cairo from now on. Thank you.

Food is always cold when I get it. There is always a line waiting for food with no one in the restaurant. If you staff can’t put food out fast enough then they should get a more efficient staff. People should not get to the window and then be told to go park and wait for their food ever it’s fast food for a reason.

When there’s not too much to choose from in Cairo, they’re like the last resort meal. The staff is rude and slow. They lack Basic skills and manners. It’s clear the ownership does not care because at had the end of day they’re still making a dollar. I feel like the other reviews are friends of friends and not real reviews

The manager at this location is awesome. Drive thru lady misheard my order and charged me for double what i really ordered and wouldn’t fix it whatsoever. Manager came out to my car and was very understanding and did the right thing and refunded me for the extra that i didn’t order. drive thru lady gotta go tho!! blonde middle aged trashy chick.

I got in the drive through and ordered a Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich meal with a coke, add cheese and no pickles or sauce on the sandwich. Add ketchup and Mayo packets. I received this flat “sandwich” about 10 french fries and no sauces. I had to wait which I didn’t mind but this is unacceptable!

A great place for Sunday lunch after church. The restaurant was clean and cool. The employees are all so friendly and accommodating.

Y’all Just Straight Horrible…..
Went just to try their new fried shrimp. Atmosphere got 3 stars because the floor was sooooooooooo sticky. Employees were GREAT and polite!! Food got 3 stars just because I wasn't a fan of the shrimp. I LOVE fried shrimp but I seemed to taste a lot more batter than shrimp.
