I was just in this establishment last Sunday night ( April 14) and unbeknownst to me it was closing time. As, I am from out of town ... The entire staff was so nice / professional and accommodating. The food was hot and delicious! Thank you all so much .

I have never had a chicken Philly in my life only steak. I had the grilled one on the advice of the young lady who took my order.It is definitely five stars out of five! The sandwich was like no other I have had in a very long time! Plenty of delicious chicken in the sandwich too!Would recommend ENTHUSIASTICALLY !!

I order online from here at work often. The website is slow as Christmas. The food is ALWAYS ready when I get there. They are on their game here. Service is fast and friendly and the food is always good. My order is ALWAYS correct. Awesome place.

If we could give this location in Cairo, Georgia zero stars we would for their customer service alone. The two employees at the drive thru are some of the most rudest people we've ever encountered. First, they were having a personal conversation through the headset while trying to take our order thru the drive thru, then when we were given the price we could tell it wasn't enough money for what we ordered. So we asked when we got to the window, and as rudely as possible we're told no they didn't get it all, and will not add it our order. Additionally, if we wanted something else we would have to get in line again and go thru again to make the rest of the order. Seriously?? I've never been treated so rudely in my life. If that's policy, even though that's ridiculous, that's one thing but the fact that they were so disrespectful and rude like we were bothering them even pulling up to their establishment was outright uncalled for. We cancelled our order and left, and will never be back to that location.

People at the drive thru spend way too much time talking to people than getting food out. The girl even lost my drink and when I said I never got my drink, she couldn't "find" my drink, that all she saw was a coke.

I stopped to get dinner for my husband and son. Ordered two. Zacsalads.,one with ranch dressing and the other with honey mustard. Salads were good except you never know if you will get bread or not.
My wings and sauce was not separated from my cold slaw. My slaw had wings sauce all over it. It was disgusting and a complete waste of time. I got my money back and will not go again.

Everytime its something. almost as bad as McDonald's. A few occasions they are closed before 10pm. 5/23/23 it was 8:58. If it 9pm, just update the website and windows so people won't waste their time..

One of the workers today had a horrible attitude with me and when I told them I did not appreciate the attitude, she told me I could leave out of the driveway then and that she was cancelling my order and that I could shut my mouth. I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking with the manager after their worker felt confident the manager would take her side. Especially if the worker was comfortable speaking to me like that- how would the manager have helped? 0/10 do not recommend going to this location. Reported them to corporate.
