I am sad to have to leave such a low rating. Normally I would always give an establishment the opportunity to fix their errors, but I was driving through on a road trip. I have never been to a Bojangles before. I ordered quite a few things from the menu to experience as much as I could. I think my tab was over $40. The chicken was okay, the biscuits were okay. Not really anything to write home about. However, the biscuits with gravy were amazing. The texture was fantastic. The flavor was so good. It was a great comfort food. I know I ordered too much food but I couldn't stop eating the biscuits and gravy until I was finished. The problem I had was the food missing from my order. I had ordered rice and it was not included. I was back at the hotel room and definitely not going to return. Plus it was late and the restaurant had already closed. I left so early in the morning I could not return. Back in the day, when I worked in fast food we would always repeat the order as we handed the items out. This gave the customer the opportunity to know what was in the bags. I know this never happens anymore but it's a shame.

I've had good experiences in the past but these previous 2 times haven't been good. Won't return again, my gravy biscuit smells & tastes like cigarette smoke.
The drive thru is usually full of cars so people must like it. Your experience just depends who's cooking on the shift like all places.

Stopped by to buy a gift card for my nephew. Everyone was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. It was the young lady on the registers first time doing a gift card but she got help and made it happen. My son got hungry while we were there and smelling food. So also ordered some food which they got ready very quick while we were there. Manager on duty was working eight beside her staff and getting things taken care of.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of our order. We offered a 12 piece dinner. They had no chicken legs ready at all. So,they said they would drop them . After 20 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer. The girl said another 10 minutes. I said I thought you dropped them right away. She said she was waiting on the drive thru. Also. As soon as I ordered she then fixed our mashed potatoes,gravy and coke slaw and left it on the counter the whole time while we waited.for our order and she had boxed up the other chicken and it was sitting on the counter. Do, I think your service is not very good.

Hey google family. So my fiancé loves bojangles biscuits lol he got a 3 pc with extra biscuits I got 2 pc extra cole slaw and when I say this spot came through!! Food was hot biscuits moist and the dirty rice and cole slaw was good. Now we were leaving Atlanta and he saw a sign the we detoured lol BOJANGLES is worth the detour and money. The ladies there were definitely my new “aunties “ Thank you so much for your hospitality Georgia
