Hey google family. So my fiancé loves bojangles biscuits lol he got a 3 pc with extra biscuits I got 2 pc extra cole slaw and when I say this spot came through!! Food was hot biscuits moist and the dirty rice and cole slaw was good. Now we were leaving Atlanta and he saw a sign the we detoured lol BOJANGLES is worth the detour and money. The ladies there were definitely my new “aunties “ Thank you so much for your hospitality Georgia

Ordered a ham and biscuit
Biscuit was so hard and ham in biscuit was also. Was so sorry I ordered it ! The girl dropped my change in the drive thru. Was so disappointed with meal and with server. Out of the last 3 times I have been there 2 of them were not good. Think I'll rethink about ordering from there again.

This place is a joke. I ordered a medium fry with extra seasoning. I got ZERO seasoning on my fries. Showed to the FRIGGIN MANAGER, and she told me I need to go to the front to get charged for friggin SEASONING!! That it didn’t have and I already ordered… YOU CHARGE FOR SEASONING NOW?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!!! I ORDERED IT AND YOU SELL SEASONED FRIES!!! THEY WERE EMPTY OF SEASONING!! And you tell me I need to pay for it.. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?!! THE MANAGER?!!!!!!!! All the customers behind me were shocked and made comments “we have to pay for seasoning now” I said NEWS TO ME TOO!!!!!!! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR EVER LIVING MINDS!!!!

I went through the drive thru last week for breakfast and ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with a regular drink, along with another biscuit combo with sweet tea. The person taking my order misheard me and said “diet?” I politely repeated that I wanted a regular. They agreed that they would correct it and I didn’t think anything else about it until I got to the window. A young white girl with glasses and hair tied in a bun was working the window. When she handed me my drinks she said, here is your Diet Pepsi and sweet tea. I once again let them know POLITELY that it was a regular Pepsi I had ordered and was met with a blank stare that lasted at least 8 seconds. She didn’t say anything so I broke the silence by telling her that I let them know at the speaker twice that I wanted a regular. Another girl working behind her told her that I was correct and only after getting confirmation from her coworker, the worker with the glasses proceeded to roll her eyes and stick out her hand to take my drink back and fix it. No apology or anything else was said to me the rest of my time there. I wasn’t even angry about it, just wanted what I had ordered. When she ‘handed’ the corrected drink back to me, the lid wasn’t on completely and almost spilled all over the outside of my car. If my boyfriend, who was in the passenger seat, hadn’t been feeling sick I would have went into the restaurant for a refund because honestly I had lost my appetite after that experience. The other workers were polite and the food was good, but my experience was made bad due to one worker (who’s name I did not get). I have worked with the public for nearly ten years and would never treat a customer that way. Who knows, maybe that worker was having a bad day.

I have bought a six pack of bo-berry biscuits from this location 3 separate times months apart and each time I get the same poor results. They offer me extra icing and I pay for extra icing but get less icing than shown in the picture on the menu. They barely put any icing on, charge the customer for product they are not giving them, and the biscuits are sometimes stale and hard too. After 3 separate experiences like this and 0 good experiences I decided to leave a review because they’ve earned one.
