For goodness sake they need to fix their drive thru. The traffic is ALWAYS blocking the right lane. Their food is pricier than other locations.

Ordered a chicken biscuit meal through grub hub, when food came chicken was still pink and chewy.. called bojangles & asked to speak with a manager (her name was Ashley) she laughed and said “food is check when it’s pulled out of fryer” like I’m not disgusted I just bit into pink chewy chicken.. I asked to speak with her boss (she said his name is Mario) said he isn’t in and won’t be in, this lady literally laughed at me.. horrible customer service from anyone much less a manager.. didn’t offer to replace my food just laughed. Joke will be on bojangles If I get sick. Unprofessional manager.

Ordered Bo rounds got fries. Ordered chicken egg and cheese biscuit got just chicken. Forgot steak biscuit.

Came through the drive thru 12-2-24 about 6:15. Biscuits are hard as a rock. The employees were rude. Had to repeat my order twice. The employees at this bojangles need to do a better job.

I ordered online for a delivery order. The delivery service went to get my order Bojangles said they didn't have an order for me. Then 30 minutes later Bojangles calls us to come pick our order up. Of course we didn't like that we didn't want to get out but they gave us really no choice. We was charged the delivery fee even tho we had to go pick it up ourselves. We contacted the delivery service for a refund but they wouldn't give it. When we got the order home we was missing the Mac and cheese we ordered and missing our biscuits that went with our order. Horrible experience! The food was good but check your order before you leave and don't order delivery!

The box is comically big for the food they serve. It's so disappointing. Their 4 strip deal is 9$ for the combo with the actual strips being smaller than the fries. Embarrassingly, the frozen chicken strips from Kroger are better quality.
The reason on my score is in based on todays service on 12/26/2024... The chicken was good just come out of the fryer but the rice was cold and dry it look old the biscuits was hard cold and dry including coleslaw dry like was days in the fridge, No Sweet or Unsweet teas. They having a new cashier and she said was her first day, if u have a brand new cashier she is NOT ALLOWED TO BE BY HER SELF ON A REGISTER IN THE FIRST DAY.
