I ordered a small burger today, it was fresh but wrong,it took 4 times for the girl to get the order but when I got my order it was Wrong,why can't these burger places understand when you order a burger onions only but give out a burger with all that dang mustard and ketchup on it🤔, seriously how hard is it to just put meat,onions bread together dang burger DO BETTER, it will be another long while before I come back,

Placed an online order, they got it when I pulled up to the speaker. Waited almost 15 minutes in line, then was asked to pull up so they could drop my order. I asked for a refund, she told me to go through the app, when I explained that you can't cancel orders through the app, she said go to the app and request a refund.

I went through the drive thru, ordered my food had to clarify 4 times what I wanted at the speaker. The girl was very sweet, but I got to the window and got my food, drove all the way back home abd was missing my burger, instead of onion rings I was given cold chicken fries and the one other sandwich I ordered was wrong. Tried to call the store and was given some robot bullshit. Probably wont be returning
