The wait time was over 40 minutes for a hamburger. The food was disgusting, unfortunately I got raw chicken, cold French fries, raw bacon, they had no ice for drinks, the lobby was dirty, the truth zero recommended I would not eat at this restaurant again or at least that they improve the staff.

Had a coupon for 2 whooper hrs and 2 fries for 5.99. Because I had accidentally torn the # off the right corner of the coupon they refused the coupon. Did not offer any thing available because the he whopper is already 2 for 5. Manager said there is nothing he can do. That’s ridiculous and terrible customer service. I will not return to this BK.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been in. Lobby and bathrooms were filthy. Tables were filled with food debris because no one was wiping them down. There was plenty of staff present to have someone cleaning. One employee was walking through the food prep area with a tank top on. The floor in the food prep area was nasty, prep surfaces were not clean. Witnessed employee wiping it off with her gloved hand then she started prepping food. Food was mediocre at best. It was served below a luke warm temperature and the bun was on the stale side, the meat was cool and on the dry side. They supposedly scored a 90 on their recent inspection. It will not score anywhere close to that today. They would probably fail an inspection.

Not sure if there was an issue with the intercom or what. Also, ordered a large drink and they only filled it up half way. Please don’t go to this location.
