Normally I have 0 problems from this store but today 12-23-25. One of the employees working drive thru and front counter just had a poor attitude. Waited in line for over 25 minutes. Pulled to the window and the lady there was super nice but the girl behind her was continuously complaining about people that called out and she said “ I could care less about his order. If she isn’t Otto care about my order then there’s no reason to trust her to handle the food I’m buying. Please do a better job providing polite and respectful service.
I don't come here often, but every time I do, everyone is so nice and friendly. Absolutely love the service here from the team!!!!!

It wasn’t busy at all I’m the only one on the inside with an order. I ordered a double cheeseburger w/ bacon and she handed it to me I got back to the truck and there was no bacon. Only person in the store. The food is delicious here but they always find a way to get my order wrong. I don’t understand this shit when it’s not even busy

All I asked, was no pickle, no onion. How hard is it to not mess that up?? 🤦♂️ That and I didn't even get the orange buns for the seasonal burger. I was okay with it until the pickle and onions showed up... Otherwise, it's a Burger King; delicious burger that I wouldn't eat too many off for health reason...
