Candace is amazing. She was super friendly and took pride in her work and thrived to provide the best service and attitude she could even when the people in the back seemed less than happy to be there. Candace told us to come back and see her and we certainly will if in the area. Candace brightened my morning and restored some hope in humanity. She deserves a raise!!

9/17/2025 11:13am I came through drive thru, ordered a impossible whopper add an extra patty heavy mayo, onion, tomato and pickles low carb as well as a double whopper with cheese and bacon large combo with strawberry lemonade. After being asked to pull forward I received my order with no condiments and none of the extras a paid for with my impossible sandwich in regular sandwich wrap not on a tray. When I notified management April, she informed me that low carb doesn't come with condiments per policy and they were out of tops for the trays and I can not get a refund. I was not able to eat my meal. I have called it's no answer. This is not acceptable customer service!

Well just left your establishment, stood in line at the counter with 4 other people who where there when I arrived, another pwalked up behind me, after being ignored for 10 min, I called out for service at the counter, 1 employee immediately began justifing ignoring us, and another told me I could leave if I didn't like it , please leave she said. SO, I did. There is never a good reason to ignore a line of money spending customers, while you stand at the assembly station with ypur back turned and wait on product to stuff in bags. At least have the common curtesy to tell them your to busy to take thier order.

Stopped here for food at loves. Decided to get Burger King instead. After walking into the store the older white woman working on Saturday June 22 kept screaming she’s not taking anymore orders over and over. We at first thought she was switching duties or going on break but then walked to the front and rudely addressed all the waiting customers by screaming “we aren’t accepting anymore orders! I’m the only damn one working around here and we have one cook that can barely do his job so sorry hall I’m no longer taking orders”. So we left and thought if we waited a half hour or so it would calm down. When we went back in there was only one person in line and as we went to place our order with the BK app it said the store was closed and she was just roaming around behind the counter barking obscenities about how terrible BK is laughing with the other employees… a couple more people came in and they continued to just diddle daddle around talking and complaining instead of doing their job and pushing out orders. This woman spent more time complaining to everybody about every little thing than she actually did trying to make food or get caught up on orders. I would never allow this behavior by any one of my employees I don’t care what is going on! Terrible look for the business and you definitely lost many customers, including us. She needs a lesson/ training course on how to handle high stress and heavy traffic occurrences or should be fired. I won’t be coming back to this location ever and I highly suggest you find a different place to eat or a different Burger King. Get your employees in line… it’s lunch rush on a Sunday things get busy just like any other place that serves food. Don’t waste an hour here to not get food and be treated like your part of the issue to coming to their establishment to spend your money

Stopped for breakfast. Ordered BEC biscuit, got BEC croissant, potato rounds were cold and the coke zero was beyond flat. The double sausage crissant was so salty that it too was tossed. Oh and both croissants were soggy. The only thing that was good about 2 breakfast combos was my husbands rootbeer. First and last time getting BK breakfast. Very disappointed. Over $20 with mine and husband's breakfast

Store is super clean! Food is always hot! We visit here as we travel to TN and each time the food is good and hot and the service is quick! I despise going to a drive thru and having to wait 10 minutes and by the time it comes out it’s cold! But that don’t happen here! Robin is super sweet and kind when she’s there. Bathrooms are very clean as well which is a huge plus

Went thur the drive thur ordered our food, paid for it, was told to pull forward so we did. We sat there for 30mins with nobody bringing our food, so I went in to see wat was goin on, only to find out our food had been sitting on the counter for 30mins, while the employee's was inside goofing off. So then I asked for a refund and let!!
