Went into CD tonight. There was a couple standing at the counter waiting to order. Said they had been there for 6 to 8 minutes and noone had come out from the back. I opened the door to the kitchen and asked if they were going to come take our order. One of the guys said they were out of fish and never came out to the front. We all left. This is ridiculous! I really like the food but this is the second time we have either waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru or our order was never taken.

Drink fountain water button jammed and flooded the drink station and dining room floor. I've seen this happen at another Captain D's. They need to replace these old drink dispensers across the company.

We've been coming here for several years and it's a shame that the inside looks so bad. Tonight, they were short handed and it took 20 minutes to get our food. There were only 2 people ahead of us, however another couple already waiting. The staff was very apologetic and were doing all they could do. Corporate, you can do something to make this restaurant nice again!

The food I got was good except the lobster bites I didn't really care for. And the lobster room looks nothing g like the picture although I wasn't expecting much considering its fast food and 5.99$ approx. But I will say the funnel cake fries were the best part of the meal. They are little pricey to only get approx. 10 small pieces for almost 5.00$ but other than that. Filled me up to continue traveling on the highway and was my 1st time ever eating here as it's not available where I live so it was a nice different treat!!
Great crunchy fish and chicken. Hush puppies were especially good.

They are getting a little pricey and food is less then what it use to be but still got the same taste ,every thing but the stuffer crabs do any ways but over all good place to eat seafood.
