Went for lunch today, the food was great and McKayla who helped us was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, she deserves a raise!!!

Not that anything will be done because I have left reviews regarding not coming on time. This time went to order and clerk said oh we didn't realize it was 1030. There was a car in drive thru and 2 customers out in lobby. We waited 35 minutes for food. Clerk stated they cleaned oil and couldn't figure out how to get the oil to heat. It was hot extremely hot in lobby. I am certain this is a state issue for it to be that hot in a public restaurant. The guy behind us waited 45 minutes and good thing he checked his bag because they left out 2 of his items. Manager was parked in the front door, went right by all of us with an unlit cigarette in her mouth, too worried about going out to smoke, than to tell customers, they were sorry for the inconvenience. Absolutely no acknowledgement from her that there were issues at her store. I know this is fast food, but there should be at least some basic common courtesy and standards of at least acting like you care.

We sat in the drive-through on Wednesday evening at 4:40 and it took us 30 minutes to get our food. We’ll choose something else next time. The lady inside was more interested in talking to the man standing with her than she was waiting on us.

The services was great and I usually don’t complain on the internet. But they really should do something about the ac in the building not for me but the people that work their you could tell they were all struggling to breath. It was really hot in the seating so I know the people behind the wall were hot. Very unsafe

These folks need more staff. It took 25 minutes to order and get out of the drive-thru. However, the food was good, the order was correct and the cashier was very up beat considering she was doing front and drive thru. I felt bad for her.

I will never eat here again I've had nothing but issues with this place to order only a two-piece grilled combo fish and be told to move up in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and there wasn't even anybody in the store eating and the drive-thru wasn't busy and still not get my food went in and got a refund will not be back nothing but a bunch of incompetent people working here

Went through drive thru, 20min+ wait with nobody in front of us, young girl working the window gave us no updates, wouldn't even acknowledge us, I'm sure the food is good but getting real tired of the lack of customer service everywhere nowadays, young guy who I assume was in charge gave us nothing but excuses when he finally brought our food, we won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody
