Haven’t got to the food yet, however as someone with a food allergy(tomatoes), Shia went above and beyond to make sure my food was not contaminated. It meant a lot to me as most workers these days do not care enough about their job to take the time. Thank you for your work ethic young lady!

no one answers the phone when you call and this location is always out of something, it doesn't matter what time you go. Will not be back to this location anymore which is a shame cause this place was awesome up until recently

Mobile ordering hasnt worked twice now for me. Asked staff about it. Couldn't give me an answer. Then when I ordered in house, they didnt even give me a full bowl. Contacted customer service because ive had issues with this location before and they said because I have had repeated issues all they can do is let management know. Will no longer be spending my money here. Terrible customer service.

Why are you breaking everything down at 9:20 when you don't close until 10:00 and don't have anything available and no tea no onions no peppers and no lettuce you had to go in the walk-in why are you shutting everything down at 9:20!!!!!!!

First time my mother and I went in yesterday and were very very impressed with the service and the food was absolutely delicious we brought it home and ate on it for lunch and dinner! Highly recommend...we will be back!

I love chipotle no matter the location but this was the first time I was the only guest so I was literally in and out within 5mins.
Man, this Chipotle was fantastic. The lady was very friendly, quick, and efficient. She was following protocol, and it was a good thing. The following of the protocol also applied to the preparation of the food. The rice was fantastic, and the chicken was perfect. The size was what corporate would approve of, and the taste reminded me of when Chipotle first came out. What a meal. Great job!

Quality has gone downhill. Burrito was ice cold, nothing inside of it was warm. Selected a side of green salsa online, received a side of lettuce.

The food taste is good but the quantity is very small amount and chips not even included and I paid $14. I got bowl of rice and chicken and there is nothing to add on it besides a very few things. Compering to Moe’s where I had lunch yesterday at wow is completely different I had the same thing with chips included and they have so many different sauces you can pick from ranch, avocado ranch, and some lime and all different type of hot sauces. That was amazing to be honest. This is my last time to come to chipotle ever again..
