HUGE Shout out to Chipotle in general for being the only place I’ve stopped on my trip from Ohio to Florida and back that has had a baby changing station in the bathroom! As a single mama this is so helpful! I also wanted to say that our food and service today was exceptional. Olivia was the person who assembled our bowl. She made sure we had good portions of everything! She was very kind, helpful, and patient with any requests I had. I also did not see this girl stop. From the time we came in until we left she was either assembling food, stocking, or cleaning. Y’all are doing great things at this company and this location!

Pretty sure someone is purposely making food way spicer than it should be. Maybe they think it’s funny or a way of being passive towards customers? I’ve ordered at this Chipotle a lot and it’s obvious now, but it took me a couple of orders and getting curious to figure it out. I like spicy food but when I started ordering the same thing regularly out of curiosity, I discovered some days I would get a tasty dish and other days I would get the same thing but it would be incredibly spicy to the point of not tasting much else. Mentioned it to a few of my co-workers that also get Chipotle with me during lunch now and again, they said they’ve wondered the same exact thing. If someone can respond and explain better why this seems to happen I’ll gladly change my review. Thanks!

Food was good. Quick service. But the employees need to be a little more friendly!
Worst service. I won’t be back. The employees are rude and when I asked for their name I was told “I don’t have to give you my name.” I ordered it for myself as a pick up order and they refused to give me my food at the window even though I had my dogs in the car. When I went inside they confused me as a delivery driver which I wasn’t. You need to educate your staff that ppl order food for themselves for pick up also on other apps.

Did not even want to give one star! Found a hair in my good and called the store. Got corporate customer service and all they said is that they would open a case regarding it. Wow thanks as I just spent $20 of my hard earned money and now can't even eat it.
