We were hesitant to come here at first, just passing through Calhoun to get back home, but we didn’t want to just get fast food again.
It’s a diamond in the rough, figuring out the menu was a lil confusing, you seat yourself and you take your receipt up front to pay. The waitress we had was so wonderful and sweet, and made sure we knew just what we were ordering.
Their grilled cheese cheeseburger honestly rules. Grilled cheese sandwiches instead of buns, just make sure to ask for any toppings you may want. I am not a cheeseburger fan usually but they let me sub out american cheese for colby and it was the best choice i’ve made all week I think.
My partner got the chicken strips, and you can very clearly tell they’re hand breaded and fried instead of frozen and shipped to the location. The seasoning they use on their fries is also quite yummy!
All in all, incredible experience here. Highly recommend, specially if you need a pick me up on a long road trip.

Killer breakfast. The coffee was great the country fried steak and gravy was great the tator tots were great they cooked my eggs just right and the biscuit was great. My wife had a omelette with bacon and onions and mushrooms and grits. This is a cool place with great food and the price was just fine. We'll be back if we go that way again.

If your tooth/denture is important to you please don't bite on those tiny chicken pieces served in the food wraps etc. Super dried out, hard as a rock. The rice will choke you. Not worth it.

Don’t get fulled by the reviews. This place is no better then any truck stop food inside. We ordered burritos, quesadillas, tacos and rice/beans. The only diference is the shell; inside is exactly the same thing. What a shame. This is the chicken inside. Hard, dry, small cubs of chicken.

Went there today ordered the steak and gravy with mash potatoes, mac n cheese, and fried okra. Only took a bite of everything, Mac n cheese an potatoes were cold ,biscuit was hard as a rock and steak and gravy was nasty. Ordered a banana pudding an it had no wafers at all in it. Waitress asked how everything was told her the problems and all she said was sorry. Its a one an done for me will not be back.
