Went to CiCis tonite with the family, we was hoping to see our favorite manager Emily. Then the lil Indian boy told us that the bald male manager fired her! That place is messed up, she was the best manager they had! She was the only reason we even went! Will not be going back now that he fired her!! The owner really needs to do something about that and bring her back! We didnt even stay and eat after he told us that! Hands down the worst mistake they could have done!

Kids love it. Can't be beat for the price. They closed the one in our home town so we make the 50 mile round trip once every couple weeks and it's well worth it. Nice selection of toppings as well as breads and deserts

My crew loves Cici’s in Cartersville so when we saw that this location was opening, we couldn’t wait to try it out! We were blown away by the experience. The food was delicious, the environment was top-tier, and the arcade set up was super fun for my kiddos. We enjoyed it so much that we had my son‘s 16th birthday party in the party room on our second visit!

Taylor went out of his way to make my church group and myself comfortable and serviced when we booked the back room for our church. Could not be more pleased with the customer service. Pastor Rick Adcock and Living Water Worship Center.
Pizza is bland and some is very greasy. Salad bar is minimal

I went to Cicis and Shaunda who was cleaning dishes from my table was wonderful. Very polite and respectful. She was such a delight. You can't find a lot of people like that anymore. I wanted her to know that she does a great job. I don't feel like people are recognized for a job well done but I wanted give her the recognition that she deserves.
Decided to throw my son’s 4th birthday party at this location and by far the best decision I could’ve made. It was the easiest party I’ve hosted. Britney and her team were so helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The birthday boy and his friends all had a great time! Would highly recommend.

I called ahead because we had a large group of about 20 people to celebrate a birthday. Brittney was so friendly on the phone. Taylor and Cathy were beyond awesome accommodating us! We were offered the party room which was perfect! They even fixed some pizzas that we asked for. The place was very clean. Thanks so much for a good time!
