Ordered a slaw dog bun was hard couldn’t even eat it, husband ordered a hamburger with everything only to be asked did he want pickle, mayonnaise and mustard, then to receive no mayonnaise and a burger full of mustard and a whole sliver of onion. Tried to call but it’s a 1800 number that asks you to leave a message.

This was my first visit to Cook Out. We were going to go to Buc-ee's. We like going there but their sandwiches are about $8. My husband suggested Cook Out -- well, 6 of us ate for $40, and everybody left full! Having Coke floats as a basic option as part of a meal is pretty cool. On top of that, the staff was super friendly. I'm glad we came!

I got it when I was very busy on a Sunday. The staff was friendly. Apologize frequently for not having our order up. It happens. The food was very good, though, worth the wait, a walking taco. I've never heard of such a thing.

We went yesterday right after opening and the food was fantastic. However, the entire dining room floor was so slippery with grease that I nearly fell a few times. I hope the restaurant will give this issue the attention it deserves so that they don't end up with injured customers and a lawsuit on their hands.

Came in, ordered, food was delicious! They were a very hardworking staff, though they did have a lot of orders and backup they worked very hard to get everything done!

Best deal on a burger and side in town. Good shake. Really great crew. Just watch them get several orders for shakes. Maybe a 100 total. They got behind a little but persevered thru till every customer was happy. Never lost their composer. They accomplished this feat with a smile on their faces. I commend them.
Food was excellent and took very little time to get served. The employee working the cash register was very kind and patient with our order inside as our children made their minds up. The burgers were great. The chicken sandwich was very tiny breast that barely fit half the bun. Tasted good but again very small And we would not recommend it. We all 5 upgraded to their shakes and shakes are really nice size. If you like peanut butter cup I would definitely say the peanut butter fudge one is better tasting than the Reese's cup one. Just a couple and tasted basically like just vanilla ice cream with very little Reese's in it. For all of us having a meal besides and a shake we got out of there under $50 which is a deal in this day and age. Would definitely return there.

I order the bbq sandwich tray with Cajun fries as I got home open the tray the fries was regular fries and when I open my sandwich it's not even what I order it was sad ass double cheese burger..normally my order is always right but it's my fault for not checking the tray I guess before leaving the property...But also employees need to pay closer attention to orders of what comes next

i work 3rd shift and ordered the small hamburger tray for lunch. when i went to heat up my burger i found this little bittle slab of meat that looks like a krystal burger. thin as paper and not worth the money i spent. i am pregnant and super hingry and disappointed
