Best deal on a burger and side in town. Good shake. Really great crew. Just watch them get several orders for shakes. Maybe a 100 total. They got behind a little but persevered thru till every customer was happy. Never lost their composer. They accomplished this feat with a smile on their faces. I commend them.
Overall a good experience. The food was good but the star was the milkshakes! Excited to try more flavors, they were made with fresh ingredients.

Food was excellent and took very little time to get served. The employee working the cash register was very kind and patient with our order inside as our children made their minds up. The burgers were great. The chicken sandwich was very tiny breast that barely fit half the bun. Tasted good but again very small And we would not recommend it. We all 5 upgraded to their shakes and shakes are really nice size. If you like peanut butter cup I would definitely say the peanut butter fudge one is better tasting than the Reese's cup one. Just a couple and tasted basically like just vanilla ice cream with very little Reese's in it. For all of us having a meal besides and a shake we got out of there under $50 which is a deal in this day and age. Would definitely return there.

I order the bbq sandwich tray with Cajun fries as I got home open the tray the fries was regular fries and when I open my sandwich it's not even what I order it was sad ass double cheese burger..normally my order is always right but it's my fault for not checking the tray I guess before leaving the property...But also employees need to pay closer attention to orders of what comes next

i work 3rd shift and ordered the small hamburger tray for lunch. when i went to heat up my burger i found this little bittle slab of meat that looks like a krystal burger. thin as paper and not worth the money i spent. i am pregnant and super hingry and disappointed

Cookout has a great selection of entrée for the tray. The walking taco and bacon wrap are our favorite sides. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

I went here with my daughters. They really enjoy Cook Out.
But, the service was what really blew us away. Halie took our order with amazing patience. Our order seemed silly and complicated. I was ordering for my daughters and someone else who wasn't even there. It's never fun to do that. And I had forgotten my wallet in the car.🤦♂️ But, never fear, Halie was awesome! She was patient. I got my wallet. Somehow, she waited on another order while I was gone. She knew everything we wanted and helped us get it. 🤠
We had a great time, did homework, goofed around, and then lost a charm from my daughter's bracelet. 🤦♂️
Guess who helped us look? Yep! Our local hero, Halie. (Seriously, not one bit of this is an exaggeration.) We didn't find it, but I gave her my number, so that she could let us know if she found it.
Long story short, we found it in the car. 🚗 But, she got in touch with me the next day and let me know that she hadn't found it.
You should visit, just to meet her. It will brighten your day. Seriously, Super Halie is awesome!
Never had a bad experience with the Calhoun Ga location until tonight. Not only was my big double NOT a double it wasn't big either. Since I've eaten at more then one Cook Out I Know this is not the norm. Neither is getting a pre cooked dried out burger. But I experienced both tonight.

We had 4 different people taking our order which explains why it was so freaked up! It was like they were playing some sort of game! They literally got every single order wrong! That’s impossible unless it is on purpose…. It’s wrong to charge people and they don’t get what they paid for!
