Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We waited over an hour before we receive our meal. Our servant was good and filled us up on bread and kept apologizing for the wait but I was very dissatisfied .

I used to love to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel. For me the pancakes were my comfort go to. I could always count on having a perfect breakfast at CB until recently and let me tell you never again. The pancakes were so paper thin that they stuck to the plate. I just couldn't believe it. I know the economy is bad but it was absolutely ridiculous 🙄. When I say paper thin that stuck to the plate it's not a metaphor it was literally paper thin and hard to pick up from the plate because there was barely anything to grab with the fork. Go spend your money somewhere else. I guess it's true everything changes and sometimes for the worst.

I ordered chicken and dumplings, what I got was a sticky, gummy bowl of paste that had no chicken in it. Everything else was good and service was great

We joined the online queue and were seated pretty quickly, but it was all downhill from there. Food took forever to come out & when it did it was cold, our server kept forgetting about us & didn’t bring the biscuits out until we were ready to leave, and the bathroom was gross. Staff were very friendly though and it had the typical nice Cracker Barrel atmosphere.

I was not a fan of Cracker Barrel for the longest time, but I’ve grown to enjoy the atmosphere and food. In my opinion?, you don’t get served as much food as in other restaurants like IHop lol but the food overall is filling and I love looking around the store as well. They stock the store based on seasonal items so there’s always something new ! The staff is friendly at this location <3

My food and my guests food were all cold. I asked for lemon with my water and for the biscuits and cornbread and received no lemons until my food arrived and only got biscuits. My son ordered ranch dipping sauce and received honey mustard instead. The server seemed irritated at the fact my party of 3 came in 45 minutes till close and only came out to the table 3 times. I was very vocal about the food being cold and items missing or being wrong yet no one seemed to care. This location has started going downhill and it's a shame. Probably won't be back

They constantly run out of chicken and dumplings or hash brown casserole. Ordered Chicken and Dumplings through Door Dash only to be told almost an hour later that they were out. This was at 7pm.

This place will mess up your order then take 2 hours just to remake it. terrible customer service. They were helping everyone but us , i don’t know the reason but i think i know why. i don’t recommended terrible.

Started off a normal day. They said they didn't have grilled tenders left so we got grilled chicken breast instead. Took them 20 minutes to get us WATERS and another hour and a half to get our food out. The manager had to talk to us and bring our food because our waitress wasn't doing much. They asked what my side was again and told me they didn't have any dumplings so I got Mac instead. The chicken was raw and they had to bring another one which ended in another 30 minute wait. Also didn't bring our fried pickles at all. Terrible experience. 2 family members actually left crying because of embarrassment. DO NOT GO HERE

The food was delicious. What truly made the visit great was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Great service really does make all the difference.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and they were divine! The staff was super friendly, and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. Service was fast, and everything came out just right.
Highly recommend!

We have dinner at multiple cracker barrels and I have to say the service was terrible. It took us 25 minutes to get drinks. The waitress then told us our food was ready but took us 25 min to get food
